Pros:

Lo bueno: El hotel es tal cual las fotos. Muy buen servicio. Los cuartos son aseados y cómodos. Lo malo: El hotel queda después del peaje así que hay que tener el cuenta el costo adicional. No hay cable en los televisores.

El servicio que presta es muy básico para ser llamado hotel, más que esto es una finca de recreo muy bonita, bien cuidada, con buenas instalaciones y servicios de día y hasta no mas allá de las 8 pm, como para un día de descanso y relax. Después de esta hora no hay recepción, no hay quien le atienda ni disponibilidad de conseguir nada de servicio de alimentación o bebidas sino hasta el día siguiente. Si avisa con tiempo le pueden dejar algunas bebidas o mecato con el celador para después de 9 pm. No hay servicio de teléfono de ninguna de las cabañas a la recepción en ningún momento del día. La ubicación de la finca es lejos de Villavo y de Puerto López. Ojalá no necesite nada de urgencia pues no tendría como resolverla, si va con un bebé y necesita calentar agua para un tetero, pues sencillamente no puede. Dada la lejanía, deberían tener una persona en recepción permanente por si algo se ofrece, como también algunas cosas básicas de aseo y/o alimentación. No reciben tarjetas de crédito, solo efectivo. Buenos precios en algunas bebidas.
