Pros:

Lokalita s dobrou dostupností do centra

Cons:

Hotel si zablokoval platbu na kartě za ubytování jako "kauci" a ubytování jsem zaplatila i v hotovosti (tedy jsem platila 2x). O uvolnění blokace jsem se musela připomenout.

Добрий, в співідношені ціни- якості! Простий готель.
Pros:

Готель близько центру, та транспортної розв'язки. Поряд є багато гарних закладів харчування, різноманітних сніданків дешевших ніж в центрі)
Чиста постіль, тепло, є чайник та чай)
Недорогий, за свою ціну- отримуєш окремий номер, з душем. Простий, але чистий та комфортний.

Cons:

Мене все влаштувало!... декілька ночей, за свою дуже гарну, акційну ціну!
Але є нюанси...Бо деякі деталі потребують відновлення, чи оновлення.

Ситуація,з відміною бронювання, яка сталася через, неправильну комунікацію, через 3 лице(компанію trip.com). Але в самому готелі, приклали, всі сили щоб вирішити проблему...Хоч це вже було не можливо)))

Vyborny hotel.
Pros:

lokalita výborná, pokoj cisty, postel vyborna a i když to bylo u rušné silnice, tak to nebylo vůbec hlučné. Take me hezky překvapil vaříc na vodu a lednička. Určitě se vrátíme zpátky

Profesionální a maximálně milý personál! Takto si představuji personál recepce a pohostinnost v praxi. Skutečně všechny dámy byly maximálně vstřícné, usměvavé a srdečné, cítily jsme se vítaně! Snídaně famózní. Každý si přišel na své, sladké, slané, chladné, horké, maximální spokojenost. Prostředí hotelu velice příjemné a zajímavé, pokoje útulné a polštáře fantasticky měkké. Děkuji za pobyt a zážitek, ráda se do hotelu vrátím.

We will stay there again because of the treatment we recieved from the owner and the staff.
Pros:

The location was great for what we wanted. I am recovering from a hip replacement and the hotel does not have parking. I spoke with the owner of the hotel (I did not know she was the owner at that time) and explained that I still had trouble walking. She said tell your wife to drive around the block and I will give you my public parking spot! She did and it was close to the hotel which made me happy. The owner went out of her way to make sure that we were comfortable and happy. The front desk was polite and spoke very good english which was a plus for us.

Na izbe bola rozpadnutá kľučka na kúpelňových dverách, neznesiteľný zápach kanalizácie z kúpeľne. Blikajúca žiarovka v kúpeľni.

Hledala jsem ubytování blízko stanice metra a tento hotel je opravdu kousek od stanice Anděl

Cons:

Nebylo nic co by se mi vyloženě nelíbilo.Potřebovala jsem přespat jednu noc, takže pro tyto účely naprosto dostačující
