Don’t book whatever you do please hotel was derelict when got there and no WiFi no service no air con no hot water we had to stay one night and leave and they still demanded I pay for the night was terrible no breakfast available nothing to eat or drink no welcome drink everything it states on booking not true

Me and my friend book this hotel, looks lovely from the outside, rooms were okish until you go into the bathroom and run the tap to get brown water 🤢 we ran it for ages but not still brown, complained the following morning to be told there is nothing wrong with the hotel, we then went for breakfast and we had the choice of cereal, stale Bread and cold coffee it was gross, we then complain again and the staff litterally told us to shut up, so we back our bags and went to hotel we visited in September, we wasn’t in that hell hole for 12 hours, never will I ever go back

We arrived to the hotel at 2pm and our bungalow was not cleaned yet so we had to wait for 1 more hour.

We are a coffee people, first think in the morning is coffee but at the restaurant the coffee was not drinkable, was like someone put salt in it and we were not allowed to take it out to the terrace, just the coffee from the reception bar which was opening only 10 am.

We waited till 10am for the bar to open and when we asked for coffee there was no coffee because the machine was out of order.

We were not allowed to take more then 2 drinks per person in once, therefore all 3 of us, the adults, had to go to the bar to ask for drinks separately.

There were 4 drinks to chose from. On shelves were some bottles (around 4-5 ) and when I asked a glass of whatever blue liquid was in one of them they said "sorry but those are there for decoration".

Not many choices regarding food, loooong queues for food, waiting for plates to be topped up with food. We have had same one soup for 7 days. Fruits, just watermelons or plums but not both in same day.

The bungalow was big and ok. After first night a have had a lake in one of the bedrooms from air conditioning that was leaking.

The sheets that we were covering with nighttime and towels disappeared one by one, everyday, so only on day 8th we had new towels and new sheets in the room.

I have couple of positive thinks to say.

The bungalow had a nice terrace and it was 10 m front of the beach.

The pool was nice, big and clean.

Great entertainment team, specially Sam and Fifi. My daughter (2 y old) loved the mini disco, even learned some songs. They were very friendly and had some very nice games organised for guests.

It is so shame that the position of the resort is so good, on the beach with so clean, nice water that we could even see the fish in it, but all in all is so badly managed by a person who has no any interest in having satisfied customers.

Animateurs dynamiques et sympathiques. Personnel à la réception professionnel et accueillant. Mais c est tout. Tout le reste est à revoir: matériel et équipement à rafraîchir, de la saleté partout, piscine pas propre, bungalows délabrés malgré un coup de peinture récent, espaces verts pleins de déchets divers et variés, douche bouchée et pleine de moisissures. Heureusement que nous avions choisi la formule sans restauration.

Pendant votre séjour... il faut mettre un bracelet serré, non détachable sur ta main pour que les agents vous connaissent !!!!! jamais ... j ai vu ça dans ma vie.. sachant que je suis un grand voyageur.

Séjour catastrophique.

Very very good animation team, really animators are funny and full of energy and always they are smiling. Every day we do all activities and we have fun with animators. Thank you sooo much Chef Sam, Sofien, FIFI, Sara, Willy, Ramzi, Mike, Hamza, Nadim And Chico.

It's a catastrophic hotel even one star couldn't be classed.

I didn't recommend you to book or even to visit it.

They push you to book allinclusive but all are closed,mini bar closed awaiting restaurant to open you couldn't be served for an express upon 10h09,no choice of food in each mealtime,bad choice only spaghetti and assorted

I come to Tunisia a lot of times but this is the best in Nabeul i like all in this hotel like the pool is big, and an other pool for kids, the sea, the restaurant, and never forget the amazing entertainment team because they are full of energy, big thanks for all animators Willy, Sarra, Ramos, Hamza, Mike, Nadil, the assistant Sofien and the chef Sam and also the best FiFi ❤️😍

This is the first time I visit Tunisia and I like this hotel so much. I like the sea, the weather, the pool, the show and activities. Big thanks for all enjoyment team Chico, Chef Sam, Sofien, Mike, Wily, Sara, Nadim and the princess FIFI. Thanks for all. We will back 😍😍

P.S: confirm your reservation prior to coming to avoid troubles with thè reception like what happened to us.
I didn't like the reception at all. They are unhelpful, not welcoming. You got a feeling that they are doing you a favor.
However, the hotel is nice. It's clean, spacious.
The room was nice and well decorated.
The best thing about this hotel was the pool. It's big, nicely kept and well organized. It goes around the bar (which is not open unfortunately).
There wasn't a lot of guests so it was kinda relaxing 😊
Also, the beach is not good.

Very bad hotel and staff , they are not professional at all, we didn't have any welcome drink when arrived , nobody showed us our rooms or take the luggage, we were lost for almost 20 minutes to reach our rooms; we spent almost 4 days in all inclusive without having any snacks for the kids in the morning or afternoon , claiming more than 4 times to the reception but they were reluctant to take any action ; didn't feel any hospitality around , people working there are stressed and not cheerful , very poor menu at the restaurant as well : we regret that sejour and will never be back or recommend anybody to visit that hotel.

the journey was great. the hotel has a great location with a 1 Km long private beach.
very spacious with different sport activities. the accommodations and furniture were good, clean and in an excellent state. the outdoor poor was not working for maintenance but i enjoyed the indoor one. the service and personal was good.
what i liked a lot is the spa that they have recently renewed with different types of massage and relaxation offers with excellent prices. i really enjoyed my journey with a couple friend and i totally recommend this Hotel.

I was in Royale Lido for a conference. Our stay was wonderful.
Rooms were clean and beautiful, very beautiful scene on the sea. Food is excellent, we had the chance to be part of 2 specialty nights (Couscou & fish night).
Enjoyable music and staff is very welcoming. They were very heplful when preparing the conference room and setting our hardware.
Sadly we couldn't enjoy the pool due to maintenance, but indoors pool was available.
We were offered a free Massage too :D

I cant write a review hightly enough for this hotel.

We arrived at around 12.40am. The receptionist was couteous. and extremely shocked that we were British. ( We had booked through a German holiday site). They offered to get us food and drink and helped us get to our Beautiful Bungalow.

We booked a garden Bungalow which is set back slightly from the beach, and just in front of the main hotel. They are beautiful and spacious. There were 4 of us, (2 adults and 2 children) We had 2 BIG double beds and a lovely bathroom too.

The food choice in the restaurant for Breakfast was vast. With fresh made omelettes, pancakes and pastries available. Toast, Breads, Cheese, Cereals and Yoghurts. The waiters were lovely, again very shocked and happy to hear English Voices.

The grounds are well maintained (although certain parts could do with a quick lick of paint).7

On site there is a shop, ran by a fab guy called Star. They sell everything from food and rink, to handbags, jewellery, heath products, and traditional souvenirs. His English was impeccable and he was a great laugh. Next to the shop was Cafe Maude where you can go for snacks and a Shisha.

The beach was huge and well kept. with plenty of beds. There is a beach bar too.

The pool was very large. and very Cold. but refreshing when in the heat. There are lifeguards at both the indoor and outdoor pools.

Animation team - AMAZING, Lilou, West, Seif, Sousou, Amina, Nadia, Jerry you guys work so so hard and are a fab addition to the hotel. not to forget the amazing DJ Hayder.

We booked the Quad biking experience when there with the people at the hotel and it was a breath taking experience. We saw the true tunisia, up in the hills. People were extremely friendly and full of smiles for us.

An amazing holiday, Amazing memories and STILL my favourite place in the world.

When we first arrived to the resort, we didn't like a lot of little things starting from the work of the reception to the conditions of the bungalow and sea. But, of course we were comparing it to the resorts in Turkey and Europe which later we realized were completely different type of vocation. Tunisia cannot offer the same level of service to tourists just because they don't have enough experience and resource to provide it. Even though after a day or two we began really appreciate their hospitality and kindness. And, obviously we arrived at a wrong time, right during a storm (the reason why the sea wasn't very attractive to us). The receptionist was very nice to us and gave us a key to one of the best bungalow almost right on the beach. The bungalow itself needs some renovation but you cannot bit the view! When the water in the sea turned crystal clear tortoise color we really started to change our first impression. The more people working in the resort we met the more we liked it. Usually when you at an all inclusive resort you worry about gaining weight from eating a lot of fattening food, not there...... they have a huge variety of vegetables and salads, we had fish every day, fruits and even fresh juice, their desserts were the best!!!. I also never felt uncomfortable there been among muslim men. They were not like in Turkey very polite and respectful. I also felt like my opinion mattered because after mentioning something it was fixed right away. My friend and I also went to an excursion and were impressed by the beauty of the country even more. I definitely would like to go back and even would stay in the same hotel. It is for sure needs some work there but overall I give it 4* for Tunisian resort for the atmosphere that all the personnel created for us and their effort to make it one of the best vocation. The animation team was awesome, security was great! I was there during the terroristic attack in June but never felt unsafe there during or right after. We stayed there for 11 day and I would't mind staying longer! Thank you everybody who works their and I wish you guys all the best!

I got back from visiting Tunisia a few days ago with 4 other of my friends and was lucky enough to stay at this fantastic hotel. I can not speak any higher of this resort and its staff. We were greeted in the lobby on our first day by the reception staff and were automatically brought non alcoholic cocktails. Although we arrived much earlier than check in time the reception staff were able to have our room ready within half an hour and in immaculate condition. We stayed in a bungalow right on the beach with STUNNING views of the ocean. The resort has everything you could ask for.. It's on the beach, has beach bar, fantastic pool covering the circumference of the pool bar, shops, performance stage, discotheque. As well as separate photoshoot facilities and a gorgeous onsite spa (that myself and my partner indulged in with a Jacuzzi and couples massage) all immaculately priced. I have never been anywhere on holiday where the staff are more attentive to your needs or more grateful for your smiles and gratitude towards them. The waiting staff made sure that we had the same table every night with drinks waiting for us on arrival and even decorated our table on our final night at the hotel. We did different activities each day such as jet skiing, quad bike riding, pirate ship adventures and camel rides as well as trips to the local markets to get a few bargains and experience the culture. The domestic staff left different flowers on our beds each time they came in to service our room and were always happy to be flexible to you when cleaning if you were in your room throughout the day. My biggest praise though has to go to the onsite entertainers the 'Animation Team' who performed a new showcase each night ranging from fire shows, comedy acts and dance shows. I do however have to give special praise to 'Kiko' and 'Mimi'. On our first day Kiko approached us and made us feel extremely welcome and quickly became our friend. When asked about local markets he was kind enough to physically take us to the market and introduce us to the local delicacies and find the best shopping deals - all in his lunch break. Mimi also took the time to come and speak to us throughout the day and involve us in day and evening activities. Although I don't have children myself, I regularly saw the children's entertainers doing the conga around the site with children doing the 'Mini Mini Disco'. The Animation Team also lead children and adults through day time activites such as volley ball, aqua aerobics and many more. This resort literally has something for EVERYONE. All in all, every single member of my group said the words 'Best Holiday Ever!' at least 3 times a day. If you are on the verge of deciding whether or not to stay here, I can not urge you enough to choose this hotel. After the week we had of utter relaxation, laughs, meeting inspiring people and making memories our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. We already miss all the amazing staff such as Kiko, Mimi, Mr '5 o'clock' and our lovely waiter. We will definitely be returning next year!! Jade, Adam, Rachel, Gemma and Curtis AKA Brizzle Brigade x

the hotel stands right on the beach which is great are room was very nice overlooking the sea and pool. the food each meal time was very good there was a good variety and you can also use the steak bar once a week. there are 4 bars the pool is to die for. The beach has its own bar and the beach has lots of space and beds on. if you like discos the hotel disco is second to none and the animation team is great with lots going on each day. the hotel is not near the town so very quite which I found great as you can get a cheep taxi into hammamet .would recommend to anyone
