La habitación que nos tocó era amplia y cómoda, no tenía vista a la basílica pero era muy cómoda, asó como el colchón y las almohadas.
El personal muy amable.

Había solicitado 1 desayuno apto diabéticos y no había mucho.

Bien con aspectos a mejorar
Pros:

La ubicación. La cordialidad del personal de recepción. El disponer de una cafetera Nespresso en la habitación. La terraza con vista a la Basílica. Ambiente tranquilo.

Cons:

La cama individual me resultó muy chica, lo cual lamentablemente no ayudó a lograr un buen descanso. Me estatura es 1.70 cm y a veces, me quedaban los pies afuera. Al girar, ya estaba en el borde de la cama. Deberían disponer de camas de una plaza y media. El café del desayuno no estuvo rico. Y el espacio del estacionamiento tendría que estar techado.

Ubicación 10, mejor imposible. Muy lindo hotel

Muy lindo, ubicación inigualable. Las habitaciones tienen vista a la basilica. El personal muy amble.

Cons:

En la habitación hacia mucho frío, el aire acondicionado en calor no alcanzaba. Escuché los mismos comentarios de varios huéspedes.

Cordial y agradable
Pros:

Bellísima la decoración acorde con el lugar. Muy exquisito. Muy buenas las instalaciones especialmente colchón y ropa de cama. Me encantó la decoración y la proximidad.
