Pros:

It is just incredible place and the food is worth of 5 stars hotel . The restaurant was amazing and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Thank to Claudia for organizing the transport and all spa procedures. It was my second time and I definitely can call this place as paradise on the Earth.

Amazing helpful staff, always kind and ready to assist whenever needed with all requests. THE FOOD was truly outstanding, really nice approach to the kitchen structure / serving and waiters. Good place to spend your vacation definately!

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, sehr leckeres Essen, toller Pool, kurzer Weg zur Seilbahn

Cons:

Buchung Zimmer mit Balkon u Alpenblick entpuppte sich als Mini - Austritt mit Blick auf Busch/ Haus gegenüber und einen kleinen Winkel Berg. Anhand der Beschreibung und der Fotos vom Hotel war das so nicht zu erwarten .

Pros:

Un hotel deosebit, cu servicii de top, mancare exceptionala si gazde dragute si profesioniste. Totul la superlativ. Multumim gazdelor pentru ospitalitate si pentru vacanta perfecta. Pentru dl. Alois in special, dar si pentru intreaga echipa in aceeasi masura, transmitem recunostinta si aprecierea noastra, pentru toata munca depusa astfel incat noi sa ne simtim cu adevarat rasfatati. Speram sa va gasim sanatosi pe toti, pentru ca vom reveni cu drag!

Fijn hotel, goed eten en prima wellness met zwembad.
Pros:

Mooi hotel met typisch Oostenrijkse details. Fijn zwembad en heerlijk eten, zowel ontbijt als diner. Naast allerlei lekkers ook verse groenten en rauwkost op het buffet. Goede kamers met fijne douche. Speciale mand met badjas, slippers en badlaken voor de wellness.

Cons:

Het skischoenenhok bood niet genoeg ruimte voor alle gasten. Het skihok was buiten in een blokhut en ook niet ruim genoeg.
Bij het avondeten werd het eten in sneltreinvaart erdoor gejaagd door de bediening, terwijl het lekkere eten wel meer rust en aandacht verdient.

Pohodlný kvalitní hotel s výbornými službami a rodinnou atmosférou
Pros:

V Bad Hofgastein v minulosti bydleli v jiném hotelu. První zkušenost s hotelem Alpina je nad očekávání. Hotel je v dobře přístupném místě a parkování je bezpečné a blízko. Zastávka skibusu vedle hotelu, autobusový terminál 8 min od hotelu, centrum taktéž. Atmosféra hotelu je rodinná a mezinárodní, měli jsme pocit, že jsme přijeli navštívit příbuzné. Pokoje jsou pohodlné, funkční a tiché, tichý je celkově celý hotel, ač blízko hlavní cesty. Ostatní prostory - hotelová restaurace, vestibulová kavárna, místnost s krbem a především 33stupňový bazén (od 7 do 7) spolu s wellness absolutně naplní potřeby těch, kteří mají rádi pohodlí a nemají rádi přehnaný svazující luxus. Polopenze byla velmi kvalitní rozmanitá, gurmetská a přitom příjemně neokázalá a pohodlná. Perlou hotelu je pan Alois, s naprosto výjimečným vztahem k hostům, pro něhož je práce opravdovým posláním a který má zcela neopakovatelný vztah k dětem. V hotelu je velmi vhodně sestavený a ochotný personál vzhledem k mezinárodnímu složení hostů, ale pan Alois je skutečná duše podniku a patří mu náš osobní dík za krásně strávený týden.

Super nettes Personal.
Alles sehr sauber, Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut. Kinder konnten auch immer Eis statt dem Standard-Dessert ordern.
Nachmittagsjause: Kuchen und eine warme Speise.
Haus natürlich etwas älter, aber authentisch im klassisch alpinen Stil.
Unser "Deluxe" Zimmer hatte ein neu renoviertes Bad, daher für uns sehr ok.

Cons:

Nachmittagsjause war leider immer mit Fleisch zubereitet. Keine Veggie-Variante. (Ist aber eine Kleinigkeit, weil es gab auch immer Kuchen.)
Beim Abendessen habe ich aber immer eine (alternative) vegetarische Suppe bekommen.

Traumhafter Familienurlaub in gemütlicher Atmosphäre!
Pros:

Ein schönes uriges Hotel mit liebevollen Details und richtig heimelig. Trotz des Alters sehr gepflegt und alles wirklich sehr sauber. Unser Zimmer hatte schon ein paar Jahre auf dem Buckel, war aber sehr geräumig und komfortabel eingerichtet - mit einem schönen Blick in die Berge von der großzügigen Terasse.
Das Personal war durchwegs sehr freundlich und auch geduldig mit unserem kleinen Wirbelwind (Danke nochmal an dieser Stelle!) sehr zuvorkommend und bei allen Problemen sofort hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.
Auch beim Frühstück hat es uns an nichts gefehlt - genug Auswahl an verschiedenen Broten, Müsli, Eierspeisen und Co. Das Abendessen haben wir nur einmal genutzt, aber auch hier nichts zu meckern.
