A five star hotel must have a functioning bath tub. The check in staff were great, also very nice at check out. Housekee

Cons:

Bathtub plug didn’t seal and scale didn’t work. Staff who came to replace the scale completely ignored me talking to them. I was actually being friendly and nice about it.
