With mixed feelings, overall not bad
Pros:

Room at the new building is much nicer, not wet or damp, easy to reach breakfast, good aircon, more comfortable beds. Spa and breakfast is good, with all facilities satisfying.

Cons:

Wifi at the main building was really bad, make sure you stay at the new building. Altho close to spa, the wetness overnight is unbearable. The sofabed was also uncomfortable.

Great Place to Stay - Great Location in the centre of Olbia , Very Good Communication by the staff and very friendly, Clean and well equipped room with everything you need. Good Breakfasts

Cons:

There was no internet at all in the room. The internet only worked at the reception and didn’t reach our room. Everything about the hotel was great other than this disappointing issue.

Bardzo przyjemny hotel.
Pros:

Super lokalizacja, pyszne śniadanie, cudowne panie na recepcji (z własnej inicjatywy przeniosły nas do pokoju w innym budynku, kiedy w naszym trwały drobne prace remontowe).
Skorzystaliśmy z masażu w SPA, polecamy.

Cons:

W pokoju, w którym na początku mieszkaliśmy, było trochę głośno i duszno (klimatyzacja w marcu/kwietniu w trybie zimowym, nie dało się schłodzić), po przeniesieniu do innego pokoju nie mieliśmy żadnych zastrzeżeń.
