Pros:

Breakfast was a la carte and very good. All the staff were friendly and helpful. For anyone wanting to visit the National Palace Museum, the location can’t be beat.

Pros:

Comfortable bed and clean. Walking distance to National Museum. Bus line nearby. Accommodating and polite staff. Has laundry facilities.

Cons:

Gym is tiny. No weights for legs. Few eating options nearby. A microwave would help. Metro construction causes traffic jams.

Pros:

Ubytování jsme využila poněkolikáté. Jsem zde velice spokojená. Personál je přátelský, pokoje příjemné, čisté, velmi pohodlné postele. Hotel vaří výborné snídaně a nabízí bezplatnou samoobslužnou prádelnu. Lokalita hotelu je skvělá, blízko k Národnímu palácovému muzeu, procházkou na červenou linku metra, tři stanice busem na hnědou. Doporučuji!

Pros:

故宮博物院を見学するなら絶好のロケーション。朝食もおいしい。
フロントスタッフは、eSIM接続のため親身になってサポートしてくれた。
観光閑散期なのか、割引料金で宿泊できた。

Cons:

台北中心街とホテル間の移動は、公共交通機関では鉄道とバスの乗り継ぎとなる。最初はバスの種類とバス停が多く戸惑った。バスのルートが把握できれば便利になる。

可惜了飯店老闆良好的初心

Cons:

Zentralklimaanlage nicht regulierbar, das zimmer war sehr kalt. Man schaltet die Klimaanlage aus, und sie läuft weiter und hat lautes Geräusch!

Man kann nicht mit der VISA Karte bezahlen. Das Hotel benötigt eine andere POS Terminal, immerhin sind sehr viele internationale Gäste da, die mit VISA Karte unterwegs sind. Und dann sagt das Personal: "das ist nicht unser Problem, sondern Ihre Karte ist defekt!" - AUSREDE!!
Die Beschreibung der Lage vom Hotel stimmt nicht: sie schreiben, man braucht 10 minuten mit dem Auto zur Taipeh 101 - das ist eine große Verwirrung! oder ins Zentrum wie MRT braucht man 10 min - das stimmt auch nicht! Mittelweile haben sie diese Beschreibung gelöscht!
Im Bad muss das Wasser ca 1-2 min laufen lassen, bis das Wasser vom Warm ins Kalt wechselt oder umgekehrt!

Comfortable stay.
Pros:

Admin staff members were very friendly and helpful, very patient for questions and requests. Kitchen staffs were ok, not always 100% patient.

Hotel room was really clean and provided cleaning every day. The minibar was free and the tea was pretty good. The mattress was pretty firm, which we found comfortable.

Cons:

Location is the most convenient, if you want to visit Taipei city a lot, it’s not the most convenient location. But we visited Beitou and Yangming Mountain, in this case it was ok. It’s easy to get Uber from this location.

The pillow was not supportive, left our necks hanging in the mid air.
