Pricey Water slide facility; there will be noise.
Pros:

Clean, cozy room with mini-fridge and comfortable bed! Easily found.

Cons:

This venue felt overpriced. Had I realized this was a water slide facility I would not have booked it. It’s difficult for hotel staff to prevent screaming children running madly in the hall outside my room. Better for families who are willing to cope with such situations. An adult bellowed into the hall, “we’ve had a complaint!!!” to the children - sigh. I was not alone. I wonder if staff can reserve a floor or section for patrons without children.

My Go-To Stop while Passing Through to the US
Pros:

Cranbrook is at the half-way point to a spot I like to go fishing at in Idaho from my home town near Edmonton, Alberta. For two years in a row, I've stayed at this hotel for the overnight rest.

Although conveniently located on the main drag through the city, the hotel itself is quiet and cozy, and very near many local restaurants and stores that one might frequent when nighting over.

The beds were incredibly soft, and clean. The bathrooms were the same. I received a complimentary upgrade to a suite in this hotel, so yay me!

The staff were really friendly and the check-in/check-out process was quick and efficient. I will certainly be back when I head down to the states next February!

Best place to stay for convenience and best place for the children with the water slide
Pros:

the staff are very helpful and friendly especially the cleaning staff are so nice and helpful and approachable, they always make you feel ok to ask them for more pool towels etc.
the gardens and hanging baskets out front were particularly nice and well kept

Cons:

our truck was broken into in the night and our tent was stolen, that was unfortunate.

Pros:
