AMANOR Hotel Chiang Mai

We stayed there for 4 nights and was so sad to leave. The hotel is amazing from the room that was super clean also the bed was amazing and the staff.the food was good also and the location close to everything (massage,7eleven, bars,coffee).
Everything that we wanted they helped us super fast and so nicely. One of the best hotel that I've stayed in Thailand.
100% recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Amanor. The hotel itself is stunning, and the room features are incredibly well-thought-out. A particular highlight was the pillow menu; as a side sleeper, I found the perfect match and am honestly looking to purchase one for my home!
The breakfast is a true standout—a 5-star, made-to-order experience that felt more like a high-end brunch than a typical hotel buffet. We also thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere at the rooftop bar.

What sets Amanor apart, however, is the exceptional service. A special thank you to Goi, Noon, and Note, who helped us immensely throughout our stay. The staff is attentive and proactive; they kept us constantly supplied with bottled water, which was a huge plus. The location is also ideal, with plenty of local restaurants and businesses within easy walking distance. Highly recommended!

My mother and I recently stayed at Amanor for 18 days this past month, and it was nothing short of exceptional. It really is a small, luxurious gem. From the staff, to the location, down to the linens, we couldn’t have been more happy with our time there. It’s clear the staff of the hotel take their jobs seriously and care deeply about their work, and that runs into all they do and the warmth they exude. We can’t thank them enough, Oat and Noon at the front desk, Khun O at the front door, and their exceptional GM Thomas to name a few, but everyone made us feel like family. We would absolutely stay at Amanor again and again.

Although situated in the bustling Nimman tourist district, you’ll definitely find peace and comfort at AMANOR. Rooms have a modern twist to it. Service is excellent which is why it’s very clean. Love the rooftop bar and swimming pool. Gym could use an upgrade.

Exceptional 5-Star Hotel in the Heart of Nimman

If you are looking for a 5-star hotel in Chiang Mai, I highly recommend the AMANOR Hotel.

The location is absolutely perfect. Situated right in the center of Nimman Haemin, there are plenty of great restaurants and beautiful cafes nearby. It is also within an easy walking distance to One Nimman and Maya Lifestyle Shopping Center.

As a newly branded, modern hotel, the facilities are spotless and stylish. The rooftop pool, in particular, was a fantastic spot to relax with a great view. Furthermore, the quality of the hotel's F&B (Food and Beverage) is top-notch, offering excellent dining experiences without needing to leave the hotel. Overall, a highly satisfying stay!

We stayed here for a week this location is perfect for walking to amazing restaurants and local markets, the staff are amazing so helpful and kind, gave us great tips on local hot spots, the Amanor hotel have great ambassadors both Iyu and Must Panda were so helpful and delightful thank you again ladies for all your help. All the front end staff went above and beyond, unfortunately this was not the same for the manger on multiple occasions he would greet all British guests taking time to talk about their experiences, no once were we greeted or asked about our stay this was very disappointing, lucky for him the staff were amazing and is reflected in our 5 stars his actions warrant a 0/5

A very clean and modern hotel. The staff are polite, and their explanations and instructions are clear and detailed. Breakfast is served à la carte, with many options to choose from, and everything is delicious. The hotel is not far from the busy area, yet it remains very quiet during the stay, making it a great choice for people who prefer a peaceful environment. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

We had an incredible stay at Amanor Hotel Chiang Mai! The location is right in the heart of Nimmanhaemin with plenty of shops, restaurants, cafés, and bars just steps away. The atmosphere in the hotel was very welcoming and we were warmly greeted every time we returned to the hotel. It also smelled great and the common areas were quiet and peaceful.
Service was outstanding from start to finish. A special shoutout to Noon and O, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We didn’t have time for this, but Amanor had cute bicycles available to rent out for day, as well. The breakfast had an amazing selection that we were able to able to enjoy every morning.
Our room was beautiful and clean, making our stay feel extremely luxurious. We were provided with a small snack and postcard every day that was found from a local market in Chiang Mai, which was very thoughtful and unique. We also booked an oil massage, and the therapists came directly to our room and set everything up. The laundry service was also very efficient.
Overall, this hotel was worth every penny and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend Amanor Hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Mai!

Our room was super comfortable,spacious with a relaxing layout.A choice of shower or tropical outdoor bath was nice.
The ride from the airport is quick and easy and the hotel is within walking distance of old town. We walked in and hired a tuk tuk to bring us back.
The rooftop bar and pool was refreshing although a little small it was never crowded and a refreshing dip was welcome on arriving back to the hotel.
Shops and restaurants around the hotel varied from stalls to upmarket eaterys,something for every taste.
We were lucky to meet Thomas the manager and speaking to Thomas you can see why the staff were asa attentive as they are. A great leader is showing by example and his staff are the best,nothing is too much trouble for them,
Would wwe come back here again without doubt we would and probably will as there is still lots to explore around this area,

Location was fine and transport was quick to respond when called by reception.
The atmosphere was welcoming and very pleasant, all staff were polite pleasant and welcoming throughout our whole stay, staff were very quick to respond to any request, our room was modern, clean with a unique touch which included a great playlist on the in-house speaker, a sample taste of something local (biscuit, sweet, dried fruit) left for us to taste in our room and changed each day together with a locally painted postcard for you to keep.
Breakfast was well presented with plenty of variety for all tastes, coffee was also good. Dinner was included in our deal, we were provided with a menu with many choices (3 Courses) all dishes were appealing and serving size plentiful.
Although the Hotel is small it is was the nicest hotel we stayed in during our trip.
There is not one thing that I could fault during our stay.

I also appreciate how each morning, a staff member took the time to advise me on places to visit, helping me make the most of my time in Chiang Mai. They even assisted me in renting a car, which made my travels so much easier.

The hotel's location is excellent, conveniently situated next to Chiang Mai University, making it easy to explore the area.

The five-dish course, pizza, breakfast served was absolutely delicious—definitely a highlight of my stay.

We loved our stay at Amanor Hotel. All
of the staff are kind, caring and efficient. The room we had was lovely. Every meal in the restaurant was memorable. Delicious, beautifully presented and served professionally. Cocktails at the rooftop bar were made with precision and skill.
If you’re looking for the ultimate boutique hotel, we could not more highly recommend this as the place to stay in Chiang Mai.

Absolutely loved the hotel. It was small and intimate.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel valued and taken care of. We particularly loved the security guard outside the hotel. He was very helpful and always greeted us with a smile.

We got upgraded to a breathtaking beautiful suite which made our stay even more special.

My only 2 negative were;

1. The gym was very small and not suitable for a weightlifter but golds gym is a short walk away and was fantastic

2. The room is stunning but quite dark so my wife found it hard when doing her makeup bur that goes with the ambiance of the hotel.

Amanor still deserves 5* as the staff, food and atmosphere are all exceptional. We will definitely be back.

The hotel's location is truly perfect, just a 5-minute walk from One Nimman, right in the heart of vibrant streets and lively local markets. It has a great atmosphere; I was particularly struck by the curtains in the corridors, which create a very cozy and pleasant 'muffled' feel.
I stayed in a Premier Suite: the room was spacious, well-organized, spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable! The large bathtub in the center of the room is exceptional, especially for couples. The Wi-Fi was also impressively fast. A small but truly appreciated touch was the daily service: after every cleaning, they left fresh water along with a postcard and a small glass jar of delicious dried fruit.
Despite being in a lively area, the room was perfectly soundproofed—you can sleep peacefully.
The service is attentive and professional from check-in to check-out. The entire staff was always helpful and is a real asset to the hotel. A special mention goes to the restaurant staff who welcomed us on our arrival night, even though it was close to closing time, serving us a great dinner and drinks.
The dining experience is the hotel's true highlight. Breakfast offers a small buffet with select products that are hard to find elsewhere; while it focuses on quality over quantity, that quality is definitely above average. Additionally, you can choose two dishes from an à la carte menu, and the level is truly high. For dinner, the restaurant focuses on Italian cuisine. As an Italian, I usually prefer local food when abroad, but I made an exception here: I found a spectacular Tiramisù—compared to what I eat back home in Italy, this one is in my top 3!
If you are in Thailand and want to try Italian food, visit this restaurant; you won’t be disappointed!

Our experience at this hotel was perfect. Beautiful room (although it could have been higher up...3rd floor view not good). The rooftop bar and pool is great! We had amazing service and help given to us by both Pang and Oat at the time of check-in, check out, and even booking a tour guide for a day trip to Chang Rai. Thank you!

I had such a lovely stay at Amanor Hotel in Chiang Mai. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcomed and taken care of. Their hospitality truly stands out.

The rooms are super clean, beautifully maintained, and smell absolutely amazing. The beds are incredibly comfortable, I slept so well every night. Room service was always quick and efficient, which made everything even more convenient. The pool area is also so cute and relaxing perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Chiang Mai.

If I had one small suggestion, it would be to improve the breakfast selection and include more authentic Thai food options. That would make the experience even more special.
