AMANOR Hotel Chiang Mai

I had a great stay at Amanor Hotel Chiang Mai. The hotel is modern, comfortable, and in a very convenient location.

Special thanks to Oat and Pang for their kind and attentive service. They were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

I would definitely stay here again.

I had such a lovely stay at Amanor Hotel in Chiang Mai. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcomed and taken care of. Their hospitality truly stands out.

The rooms are super clean, beautifully maintained, and smell absolutely amazing. The beds are incredibly comfortable, I slept so well every night. Room service was always quick and efficient, which made everything even more convenient. The pool area is also so cute and relaxing perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Chiang Mai.

If I had one small suggestion, it would be to improve the breakfast selection and include more authentic Thai food options. That would make the experience even more special.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights for our honeymoon. While this property is nice and in an incredible location, I would not say it lives up to the SLH or Hilton luxury brand standards. The room is in need of a refresh, with worn cabinets, counters, bedding, etc. The housekeeping was also very inconsistent - some days everything was made up very nicely, and the next day the fresh towels were just set on the bathroom counter. Our last night we didn’t even get turn down service (and we were out of the room from 5:30 to 9:30). The breakfast was decent and was complimentary. The pool was small, but very nice and the bartenders made excellent drinks. The doormen were very sweet and helpful. We booked with points before Hilton devalued their program (6 nights for 100K points which is great value), and we never take for granted the opportunity to stay in nice places and explore new cities, so we can’t complain overall, but we would have to think hard about spending the cash price (~$200 per night) or new point values (45K per night) to stay here again vs. other boutique luxury properties available throughout the city.

I loved my stayed at this hotel. It is conveniently and the suite was beautiful. The staff was warm and kind. Yo, Oat, and Tey were very helpful during my stay. They made my stay memorable and even went out of their way to retrieve an item I had forgotten at another location in the city.
Out of all the places I stayed at in Thailand, Amanor hotel in Chiang Mai was my favorite. It was truly a 5 star experience. Would love to stay there again if I go back.

A beautiful hotel, very clean and large comfortable beds. Food and breakfast was also very good quality but the staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous especially Pang, Noon, Note, Goi, Oat and Thai.

Our stay at the AMANOR hotel was an amazing experience. From the friendly staff- Pang, Peem, Note, Goi, Noon and bartender Radar, to the clean and spacious room- we were very comfortable. The rooms have a nice patio and large outdoor soaking tub. Breakfast is included and was delicious- a great way to start the day. The AMANOR is located with walking distance to shopping, great food and massage facilities- definitely recommend Moments for a massage.

We had a lovely time at AMANOR (formerly Akrya). The rooms were spacious and trendy, perfect for our honeymoon. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful at all times. Although we spent most of the time out in the city, the amenities were a nice bonus. The location in Nimman (“new town”) was perfect for access to coffee shops, massages, and light food, but without being as chaotic as the other popular neighborhoods (which were still easily accessible in a quick Grab).

Super hotel, very comfortable and stylish. Room was large, excellent high-class shower. Staff, particularly reception, very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast. Only criticism is the bar seating very limited and the seats themselves very uncomfortable. Suggest fewer smaller seats to increase capacity.

Our stay at the AMANOR was incredible! Prompt service, polite staff, and beautiful rooftop pool and dinner. We had no problem getting a late check out, and the staff packed us a to-go dinner for our travels!

In our three week stay in Thailand this hotel was our favourite. The room and in particular the shower were great as was the service by all staff. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel was first class both for breakfast and evening meals and the best food we had on our holiday. The hotel is in a good location although not in the old town. We did not use the rooftop pool but the bar on the same floor gave a good view of Chang Mai particularly at night.
If we have one suggestion - if you arrive before the check in time of 3pm it would be nice to be given a complimentary drink rather than being told to go to the top bar and order one.
That said we would definitely recommend Amanor and would have no hesitation in rebooking.

Lovely stylish boutique hotel with great team in a vibrant district in Chiang Mai. We found the hospitality to be very warm and welcoming from arrival through to departure.

We were met by Pang on arrival and were made most welcome.
The hotel and rooms are beautiful. The staff that we met on our stay were warm and professional. We were impressed by the professionalism from the cleaners, bar attendants, chefs, waitresses waiters and doormen. It was a wonderful and relaxing stay.

Incredible friendly and professional staf. I have never had such a nice and clean room, especially the bathroom (the shower) was great. I had a wonderful time here. I wil come back here soon! Great thanks to Peem, Pang, Oat (rooftop bar). These employees were very attentive (others too, but I don't have their names).

Hotel was very comfortable and the linens were very smooth! The Manor suite was large and well segregated and one of the highlights of our trip. Lumi restaurant was a highlight as well as the dishes used fresh ingredients and frankly I thought should have Michelin recognition. Drinks at the rooftop bar were also superbly made. The staff were all very attentive throughout the hotel. 10/10 would highly recommend!

The dark, gloomy, and confined suite upgrade was very much a downgrade compared to the bright, practical deluxe room that I transferred to. The suite lacked bedside tables and had a cumbersome coffee maker and bluetooth speaker.
The main staircase was dimly lighted and lacked a hand railing.
Small children were out of control in the relaxing rooftop lounge.
However, the restaurant food was outstanding. The front office and housekeeping staff were absolutely top notch!

The staffs provided excellent service. The room was comfortable. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was absolutely fantastic. I will definitely come back again.

The room smelled like mold. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper. Many details were missing. I asked for a cup of water during breakfast and was basically told to get it myself because it was self serve.
