Pros:

Hotellet var obemannat vid ankomst. Man fick ringa och gå till ett annat hotell ca 2-250 m. Där serverades även frukost. Rummet var bra men det luktade avlopp på toaletten. Fräscht i övrigt. WiFi fungerade inte.

Charmigt boende med behov av uppfräschning
Pros:

Skanörs Gästgifvaregård, ett mysigt och charmigt ställe. Det var inga problem att behöva gå till andra ställen för incheckning, frukost eller annat – allt fungerade smidigt.

Rummet skulle dock behöva en uppfräschning. TV:n var väldigt liten, badrummet levde inte upp till modern standard, och tvålhållarna satt löst. Dessutom var garderobstången täckt av ett tjockt lager damm, vilket drog ner intrycket.

Sammanfattningsvis ett trevligt ställe, men rummen skulle må bra av lite extra omtanke och uppdateringar.

Pros:

We were housed in a sister hotel down the street which was not quite what was expected. This sister hotel was also undergoing renovations so our windows were sealed closed with plastic and we couldn’t get any air flow. Breakfast was at the main hotel as listed here, and was the best we had in Sweden. The main building looked gorgeous (and dinner was amazing), I just feel a little duped about the accomodations and would have appreciated a discount for being in a literal construction zone.

En kvälls övernatting i jobbet
Pros:

Gillar området och hotellet starkt.
De renoverar restaurangen och rummen så det har blivit lite omkastat.
Tyvärr var det väldigt hög ljudnivå i restaurangen pga ett stort sällskap och dålig dämpning av ljudet som studsade runt.

Quiet Room in Skanör
Pros:

We were traveling by bicycle and were able to store our bikes overnight in the back patio.
The beds were very comfortable.
The breakfast which was served at the main hotel building was fantastic and had gluten-free options.

Cons:

We were basically on our own in the hotel building. The TV downstairs did not work (we wanted to watch the Euro as a group and ended up in one of the rooms). The rooms are comfortable but could use some tlc, to fix the broken hangers, soap dispensers and fans.

Rude staff Hotel closed and we were charged even if we were not able to live in The room

The hotel was closed when we got there and nobody was on duty to be contacted.
The staff was rude when we explained the situation next morning. We were charged even if the hotel was closed and we could not use the room. No apologies only extremely rude staff.

Disappointing.
Pros:

Beautiful peace location. Breakfast is seved in another hotel: and was excellent.

Cons:

Honestly, we felt ignored on arrival. The room was fine, but basic. We did not feel it was romantic or lovely.
