Price was amazing and very close to airport. Rooms very quiet which I loved.
Very small thing - No mini bar and no room service - however snacks and restaurant downstairs so still able to access food.
Close to airport, really comfy beds
Toilet smells upon flushing. Charge extra for parking.

Bed was extreely stiff hard & uncomfortable iv stayed in the past & beds were much softer
The art. Design of the room.
Arrived from a flight at 2am. Asked for late check out but only given until 11am. No breakfast choice than a $35 buffet breakfast. I just wanted toast and coffee.
Stunning reception and restaurant area and the decor in my room was also very nice - fabulous bath and rain shower head too.
The breakfast buffet was average
Venue location staff
Food choice limited
Customer service Received from Akansha and another guy who served the food
Their is more scope to improve the food
The property was very modern and clean. I used the gym facilities, they were good, the essentials at least.
I had a great night sleep the bed was to my liking. Loved the interior.
I also ate at the restaurant/bar, there was a discount for guests. The portion sizes were huge!
Nothing.
Love the style and decor. Room was clean and tidy. Shower was good pressure and hot quickly. Convenient parking for a good price.
Coming out to my car covered in dirty from the blower being used around the car park. Maybe just doing front of the entrance and not around the cars.
Everything
Facility was fair, no wine glasses in the room but staff gave me one. Excellent towels, big fluffy, bed firm, no toilet brush.
Shower pressure good, quiet place and great restaurant.
Love the funky quirky vibe of the hotel and very inviting reception. The interiors and furnishings are very fun. Monsoon shower head is great and the Antipodes products are a nice touch. Cheap accessible parking onsite. Plenty of power points in the room. Good facilities. The breakfast buffet was OK however, the food was just warm and the chicken sausages maybe a little undercooked but that could just be personal preference. Staff were very friendly and when they found out we were in Auckland celebrating my neices birthday, they were so kind and gave her free icecreams! Blackout curtains were really that.
Unfortunately the beds were quite firm and I left with a very sore back. Our room was quite a walk from main reception so if you have a lot of luggage, it can be a bit of a struggle if you don't want the hassle of multiple trips back and forth to the car (I did notice trolleys as we were leaving)The room was a little on the cooler side and a few droughts noticed and the bathroom fan runs all the time. Maybe having a spare blanket for each bed would be a good idea instead of just one. The grounds were a little unkempt and lawns and gardens could have done with a spruce up, almost looking like no one had used it for a long time. Rooms are on the darker side without lights on.
