This hotel is always our go to when we stay over in Auckland. The location is perfect when we have to go to the airport the next morning. They have a bus stopping there and heading to the airport regularly throughout the day. The amenities here are great, cleanliness is top notch. They pool and gym is lovely. Staff are always super helpful and friendly. We also enjoy the restaurant for breakfasts, lunches and dinners. We would recommend Naumi to all.

The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. Location was excellent and staff were all super friendly. The yellow airport bus stop and ticket mechine at hotel was so convenient and easy to use. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Very clean and agréable place to rest after a long flight.
I did not appreciate the large $500 hold made on my credit card that was released 3 weeks later.
Es war alles top. Bequemes Bett, sauber, gut erreichbar vom Flughafen aus mit dem yellow Bus. Frühstück war sehr gut.

Stained carpets in bedrooms - creates a bad first impression of dirt. It would be better to have no carpets in room in summer creating a clean floor impression. Breakfast was a messy 'bun fight' with food dropped on floor (by guests) and not cleaned which could have created a bad accidental fall. In future I would not book with breakfast, and instead I would go to the neighboring bakery. Dinner menu - poor. Why have Australian food when people are visiting NZ and would like NZ lamb or Indian food?

Clean, warm room to come back to. The pool was a hit with the kids and the lolly jar and complementary popcorn. We were also given an early check in at 10am aa requested, free of charge.

Я очень сильно отравилась в отеле, это было или на ужине (заказывала по меню 1 самое дорогое блюдо из меню) или уже на завтраке (более вероятно отравление) завтрак входил в стоимость.Когда я сообщила что мне плохо, что я отравилась, что нужно проверить продукты завтрака что бы никто больше не пострадал мне предложили пообщаться с менеджером ресторана, никто не извинился ни разу!!!я попросила градусник, потому что по мимо того что меня рвало , сильно трясло, я хотела измерить температуру, но мне сказали что градусника у них нет и я сама могу купить его где то в аптеке, хотя в тот момент мне было сложно передвигаться дальше от туалета чем на метр, врача у них нет, никто не предложил никакой помощи и никто ни разу не извинился!!в итоге: я выехала из отеля позже срока из за того что мне было плохо на 3 часа, мне никто не предложил помощь,врача, градусник вообще ничего!я опоздала на экскурсию в Хоббитон, хорошо что удалось перенести ее на следующей день.Начало отпуска было испорчено. Самое обидное это отношение персонала!
