Pros:

Evening meal was not enjoyable- staff were friendly and pleasant but place was understaffed and they had no idea how to handle it.

Cons:

The food was overcooked- then waited 40 minutes for desert- 2 bowls of ice cream, when they finally arrived they were melted. I commented that it was melted and the waitress just walked away.

I hated that the heaters automatically turned off at night so I woke up freezing and with a side throat. I paid good money to stay which i thought covered heating costs. Obviously not. Also the buffet was average.

Friendly staff, comfortable stay, but the hotel felt too dark
Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made for a very pleasant stay. I had a small issue with my room upon arrival, but the team handled it exceptionally well and arranged a room change almost immediately. The hotel itself was lovely, although I found it a little too dark for my personal taste.

Cons:

The hallways felt quite cold, both in temperature and atmosphere. My room was comfortable and well-appointed, though it also felt darker than I would have preferred. The restaurant served good food, but I thought the prices were on the expensive side. You feel a bit isolated if you don't have your own car or want to take the bus back to the airport.
