Pros:

A good size room for a couple of nights. Comfortable bed, very clean, good shower. Very good breakfast. Two minutes walk from the nearest tram stop.

Forniscono in sacco di servizi, posizione molto comoda per i mezzi pubblici (gratuiti) e colazione abbondante

Great Location; Hotel very clean; Breakfast - plentiful & great variety.Located insafe & quiet area
Pros:

Location - 1 min walk from Tram which takes you directly to/from airport and into city center. Central train station and city center about 10-15 mins walk away - straight route

Hotel - very clean throughout - common areas and room and ensuite - room has mini bar too - Very quiet too - dont hear much noise from traffic outside and hotel was very quiet after 10.30 - 11pm

The italian restaurant on site - didnt use it but seemed to be popular spot

Breakfast - very good - good selection and variety and plenty of food

Cons:

The reception desk isnt manned from what i can make out majority of time - and even when ring bell sitting on recpetion desk nobody comes out - found that very strange

Air conditioning unit in room i was in didnt work. Also some items meant to be in mini bar were missing on arrival - when went to reception desk few times to flag this no-one there and no one appeared when rang bell on desk - another time when went the bell wasnt on the desk

Doesnt seem to be any hotel management about - all seems to be young staff (early 20's) and all dressed very casually - jeans and t-shirts - who are courtesy and polite and professional and get on with their work from what i could see - but didnt seem obvious who was in charge or who could speak too if had issues/concerns etc
