Amazing hotel, amazing food, own beach with sunbeds for free, good pools

Breakfast - great selection, simple, but lots of hot & cold choices.
The bedroom was lovely - clean, fresh, and a combination of modern and traditional. (new furniture/bathroom but old closet). The views are lovely.

We had an amazing family holiday in a truly lovely place with exceptionally caring and responsive employees. From the very first moment, you can see and feel how much the staff genuinely care about the service they provide. We arrived after midnight and, to our surprise, were welcomed with facilities that ensured we were fed and comfortable — such thoughtful hospitality!

The first couple of days were windy, especially our very first day. Of course, we cannot ask kindness from Mother Nature, but what we did receive was kindness from the hotel. On day one, we received a call from the customer relationship manager, Stefanos, who was incredibly helpful. He took the time to understand our wishes and preferences, and he organised some wonderful trips for the days when the weather wasn’t ideal. Stefanos even arranged an unforgettable boat trip to Crissi Island, which we absolutely loved. Thanks to his guidance, we discovered hidden Greek gems and enjoyed the island from many different perspectives. Stefanos truly made a difference to our holiday, turning what could have been a limitation into an opportunity to explore even more.

Once the weather settled, it became the perfect place for a relaxing family holiday. The kids were thrilled with the slides and loved exploring the underwater life in the sea. The WiFi worked perfectly, the food was varied and delicious, and the options were regularly changing. We also enjoyed water sports! 🔥Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend this place for families looking for a mix of relaxation, adventure, and genuine hospitality!

Les petits déjeuners et repas du midi et du soir étaient bons et variés.
L’établissement était propre, la piscine nettoyée tout les matins et l’eau claire.
Le personnel était à l’écoute et les chambres faites tous les jours.

El hotel está en una ubicación excelente, tiene playa privada con muchísimas hamacas, todo es perfecto. Los trabajadores son muy atentos y amables, las piscinas están realmente bien para niños y adultos con toboganes. La animación es muy activa y aunque solo hablan en francés los espectáculos de la noche son muy buenos. Toda la familia hemos disfrutado muchísimo de esta semana.

Personale reception,addetti al bar e camerieri molto cortesi e disponibili, ci hanno assegnato camera più grande di quella che ci spettava e fatto check-in anticipato in base al ns orario di arrivo.
Spiaggia morbida di sassolini ma non sono necessarie scarpette,mare blu pulitissimo e cristallino subito fondo ma piacevole per bagno, lettini spiaggia gratuiti anche se alcuni non sostituiti nonostante siano rotti e sfondati e tutti sprovvisti di materassino,buffet ricco e ottimo sempre ben rifornito anche se si arriva all'ultimo,parcheggio sempre disponibile.

· Location is great. The hotel is located on the beach and you can reach the sea in 5 minutes from you room.
Room: being a family with 2 kids we have rented a family apartment (2 rooms and a shared bathroom) - which was perfect. It had a huge loge and the sea could be seen on the windows. The beds where comfortable with conditional air, one fridge, TV-s and nothing in addition you could want.
Food: our booking was in "all inclusive" mode - so we have enjoyed 3 meals/day. The food was more than enough for all tastes. You could find all type of food and in sufficient quantities and each one can choose how much and what to eat. For sure much more food than you have at home :)
Fun: aquatic park - very nice for small kids. The swimming pool - huge enough and with young people to animate the activities and bring more fun to the guests of the hotel.
The beach has not sand but small stones - you can walk without dedicated shoes. And it was great that after a bath in the sea to lay down on the beach to be warm by the sun.
The hotel representative: GREAT! we have been invites for a meeting with a hotel manager and we have spent a delightful 1 hour. Having a rented car, we have received recommendations for trips and visits in the east of the island. Great tips and ideas and we have appreciated the explanations and the ideas considering that some of the information could not be necessary be found on the internet.

Disliked · I have nothing to complain about. Just to copy a piece of advice received and which represent also what I consider: in case you look something to complain, than you can probably find something; but if you find one or more things you like if you focus on them, than the positive aspects overtakes and overshine everything else.

L'animation, l'amabilité du personnel, le all inclusive et l'emplacement.

Το φαγητό ήταν εξαιρετικό!!! Και πολλή μεγάλη ποικιλία και πάρα πολύ νόστιμο.

Staff: Generally friendly and helpful; the morning manager was outstanding.

Room: the family room was nice and spacious.

Beach: lovely, though not ideal for small children due to strong rip currents.

Kids Club: great service, with multilingual support.
