Al Masa Hotel Nasr City

The hotel has manicured grounds, very helpful staff, beautiful lobby and meeting rooms. Breakfast is amazing and everything looks spotless. Some rooms are older while others are very nice and new

L'entretien et la propreté des équipements laissent à désirer. Bonde d'évacuation de la douche cassée et sale à l'arrivée, la douche s'évacue mal, des plateaux de nourriture traînent des heures dans les couloirs,, les surfaces des ascenseurs ne sont pas nettoyé es plusieurs jours d'affilée

Some areas around the hotel seemed worn down and could use some updating. Overall, it was clean, comfortable, safe, had great dining options, extra amenities such as pool and bowling and the staff took really good care of us.

Horrible!!! Stayed during the last few days of Ramadan, there were parties every single night till 3-4AM, rooms aren’t sound proof.
There’s no constant stream of hot water, took at least 10-15 min each time for hot water to start trickling, there’s even a time where we didn’t have any water at all!
The wall on top of the bed was padded and the pads fell on us while sleeping!!!
Rooms aren’t well kept at all and needs massive maintenance, the only thing they took care of is the exterior.
After ramadan finished, weddings started and again full blown noise till 1AM each night!
Horrible experience, would never book there again.

The bathroom was filthy. The hotel is not suited to non Muslims, I felt uncomfortable. Men and women can not use the spa facilities together. There are a lack of signs so you cant dind anything- we never found out where breakfast was. My 12 year old son wanted a sauna and he had to wear all his clothes in it which is not safe or enjoyable, it also melted his t-shirt. The childrens play area by the Eqyptian resturant is not safe, the plastic has got brittle in the sun and my 5 year was playing on it and a section broke which meant he fell. He was complaining of a sore arm amd once back in the UK I took him to the hospital and its broken.

iş gezi olarak 3 gece konakladım. mükemmel bir hotel. ailem ile de gidebileceğim bir hotel. Mısır'a gittiğimde konaklayabileceğim bir hotel.En kısa zamanda da tekrar bu hotelde kalmayı planlıyorum.

내부 시설이 새로 리노베이션 되어서 깔끔했습니다. 연결 객실일 경우 옆방과의 방음은 잘 되지 않지만, 옆실 사용자 분들의 매너가 좋아서 숙면을 취하는데는 크게 어려움이 없었습니다. 매우 안전하고, 깨끗하고, 아침식사가 우수합니다. 5스타 호텔답습니다.

Een prachtige locatie, heel groot, goed beveiligd. Je hebt zoveel opties waar je kan eten, drinken, ontspannen binnen het terrein zelf. Vriendelijk personeel, groot aanbod aan ontbijt opties.

This was our best and marvellous hotel while we were on holidays.

Everything was great

The Hotel is not suitable for Wheelchair bound people at all, they should think about this, we were given a room in a different building from the reception and restaurant, it was a mission each time we wanted to go to the restaurant or reception to board a Taxi, there were raised door entries and steps everywhere no slopes or Wheelchair ramps.

Most of the staff were very pleasant especially Muhammad Salah in the restaurant.

Would stay again, but would not recommend to a Wheelchair user.

Kahire’yi de biraz daha tanıdıktan sonra bu Otel’in tüm özelliklerinin ne kadar iyi olduğunu daha iyi anlayacaksınız. Güvenlik, sessizlik, saygı, temizlik gayet tatmin edici. Kampüs içi restaurant, cafe, banka hizmetleri… Sadece kahvaltı verilen ücrete göre yetersiz diyebilirim.
