Clean and simple. Great location. Walking distance to all the downtown attractions.

El personal fue sumamente amable. Nos dieron la habitación inmediatamente, sin costo extra por llegar antes. La ubicación es inmejorable, cerca de todo caminando. El desayuno buffet muy rico. Pueden guardar tu equipaje sin costo.

I loved this place! It is very centric- with less than a 20 minute walk to the Red Square and a 5 minute walk to the metro, pharmacy, public park about 10 coffee places and a mini mart. A short walk also to major entertainment promenades with music, shops and restaurants. There is an English Pub across from the hotel, but i couldn t visit it due to lockdown. The staff is very nice and patient with those of us who don t speak Russian ( they even made sure the taxi took me back to the proper terminal.) A breakfast buffet is provided and, as a picky eater, I was more than happy with it. They also provide basic toiletries. This was my first time in Moscow, a solo traveler and during lockdown and have to say staying here gave me peace of mind.

Good place in the city, close to some famous streets. Small hotel with own face.

Clean hotel.... Perfect location near center of the city.. Restraunts ,coffee shops ,markets, malls and even pahramacy and banks and theatres are so close to the hotel... And good price... Just they need to have better breakfast menu.. ..and use better perfume for reception and breakfast place to smell better

Влом хороший отель. Не понравились очереди и небольшой выбор на завтраке. Кроме этого, не весь персонал приветлив с русскими. С иностранцами общаются лучше. Но в целом за эту цену очень хороший вариант.

Fantásticamente situado, a 15 minutos andando del Kremlin.
Rodeado de centros comerciales y buenos restaurantes.

Отличный сервис, внимательный коллектив, быстрое заселение, прекрасный завтрак. Очень понравилось.

Отель явно не тянет на четыре звезды.Номера чистые,завтраки посредственные.

Отличное местоположение. Центр, но тихая улица. До метро 7-10 мин пешком.

Delicious breakfast, helpful staff, very easy communication over e-mails, easy check in. Central location, walking distance to many important historical sites. Would definitely book again.

Superbe séjour. HOTEL TR7S CONFORTABLE ET PERSONNEL TRES ACCUEILLANT; JE RECOMMANDE;T

Le principal avantage de l'hôtel est sa proximité de deux stations de métro: Troubnaya et Kouznetski most et du centre-ville (+/-15min à pied de la Place Rouge). Le Wi-fi fonctionnait bien et la chambre était propre. Cependant l'hôtel ne vaut absolument pas ses 4 étoiles. Nous avons séjourné dans une suite ( Semi-luxe) et pourtant la garde-robe tenait à peine debout, elle était complétement cassée et de travers, étagère dans la douche rouillée et pas de coffre-fort dans la chambre alors qu'il devait y en avoir un selon la description. Le réfrigérateur était très bruyant. De plus, lors de notre séjour il y avait des travaux de voirie dans la rue dans laquelle se situe l'hôtel. Les travaux continuaient de nuit et même le dimanche ( à 1h du matin...). Si je l'avais su, je n'aurais jamais réservé cet hôtel, car nous avons très mal dormi. Petit-déjeuner correct, sans plus. Par contre la salle de petit-déjeuner inexistante, on déjeune dans le hall d'accueil , donc très peu de place...

Le personnel est accueillant et très pro.
L’hôtel en lui-même n’est pas digne d’un 4 étoiles mais plutôt d’un 2 étoiles. Ne vous attendez pas d’avoir le niveau d’un 4 étoiles suisse.
Manque de chance toute la rue était en rénovation et nous avons eu le bruit des travaux toute la semaine et jusqu’à 1h du matin puis à nouveau vers 8h.
L’hôtel est correct par rapport à son prix par contre mais encore une fois c’est clairement pas du niveau d’un 4 étoiles, tout est vétuste, les chambres mal équipée, frigo bruyant, armoires de mauvais manufacture etc…

Zentrumsnah, sehr gute Lage. Die Damen an der Rezeption sind sehr nett.
Leider war dieses Mal die Sauberkeit im Zimmer nicht gut. Die Zimmer wurden nicht oder nur teilweise aufgeräumt. Klopapier wurde nicht nachgefüllt (musste mich 3x an der Rezeption beschweren, Tassen und Gläser wurden nicht gewaschen, Seife wurde nicht aufgefüllt).
Die Damen, die das Frühstücksbuffet verantworten, wirkten eher unmotiviert und das Buffet war öfters leer bzw. vieles fehlte einfach und wurde nicht nachgefüllt.

Aaamiainen oli ok. Huoneessa haisi viemäriltä. Pidimme ikkunaa auki koko ajan, niin se vähän auttoi.

Our room was outdated with really poor facilities. It smelled badly. The staff was rude and not very helpful. When asked whether the food served for breakfast was without meet (I’m vegetarian) they said yes but it turned out to be with ham. Wouldn’t stay there again!
