Great staff. We really enjoyed our stay at the property.

The food was excellent and the beds were comfortable.

very clean rooms, we had a private pool in our backyard. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. great location, easy to drive to the main spots on the island. very family friendly.

Overall, it wasn't bad, but the room requires more thorough cleaning. The internet was weak, and the hotel isn't in Imerovigli, but nearby.

Great spot - although I thought on the map the views were on the cliff side of Santorini… ends up this hotel is looking the other way. Quiet spot & awesome restaurant, has a gym that does the trick

Over all it was good, the bathroom were very tired they need good shower installed, but breakfast at the room every day is fantastic, we love it.

Customer care was above and beyond. Extremely kind and provided us so la y options for excursions (we highly recommend the Volcano yacht excursion. Such an amazing experience and well priced given all of the sites we visited). Room/apartment was so clean and was general area. The Greek salad was out of this world. Thanks to all for such an amazing stay!

We loved having our own private jacuzzi and front patio area. We loved having our own private balcony. We loved the cave room and indoor shower & jacuzzi.

Our view was amazing. We were able to enjoy the most beautiful sunrises & sunsets from our own patio.

We enjoyed the breakfasts they delivered to our room daily.

Service was exceptional minus a snafoo with prearranged booking of in-room massages and taxi to airport. Would recommend booking in person instead of prearranging.

If there was a sea view from bed, this hotel would have been perfect.

The rooms are extremely outdated. The gym is deplorable . I had rodents in my room as the food is nasty

I recently stayed at this property with a group of ten people, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The place was overrun with cats and kittens, which, while perhaps charming to some, was not ideal for us. The owner constantly yelled at us to keep quiet every night, despite our group renting three rooms and paying a hefty amount. It felt like we were being constantly monitored and treated more like children than guests. Additionally, they insisted on us using their transportation services, which were priced three times higher than the going rate elsewhere. Instead of offering courtesy and accommodating their guests, it felt like we were being overcharged. Overall, it was an uncomfortable experience that didn't justify the cost.

The Receptionist that received us didn’t have the kindness while responding to some request we had. We arrived quite early to the hotel (around 11 am) and knew that the checkin was around 3 pm. My wife asked him to help us to get the room ready as soon as possible but the receptionist response was he couldn’t kick out the previous clients. We didn’t meant and asked him to kick out anyone. Just wanted to get the room as soon as possible.

Amazing staff, property and delicious food . Andrea was amazing employee.

The Dome was in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of town. We personally found our trip much more enjoyable with a rental car to get around, but there is a walking path to get around as needed. Staff was nice, rooms were clean, food and drinks were pricey and food was only okay. We ended up eating off property for the majority of the trip.

Rude staff. Dated property that does not look as good as in the images. Food (breakfast) also not great like described in the advertisement. If you want to get out the hotel for food it’s an extremely dangerous walk along treacherous roads or you will be extorted by local taxi drivers.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish and excellent customer service.They also gave us a free upgrade. Food was good and service was attentive and efficient all the time. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

Would suggest the suite with outdoor jetted hot tub. Fantastic large room and outdoor space.
Amazing breakfast served to your room. Enjoyed dinner at the hotel one night. Had an early morning flight and hotel staff arranged transfer from hotel to airport although overpriced) and packed our breakfast to take with us.

Excellent stay in Santorini with views of the sunrise. We opted for a villa with private pool, which was wonderful in the high summer heat. Breakfast was good with many options. Good service and friendly staff. Recommend staying here.
