Very old room and property, but awesome spa tub and view of the ocean
Pros:

+ Large property, spacious room
+ Parking included
+ Helpful staff (will use translate to respond to your messages after a few hours)
+ The spa bath was pretty much the only new thing in the room, along with the views the only real highlight of my room. Everything else was fairly ordinary
+ No issues with hot water
+ No smell of smoke but if someone were to smoke on their balcony a good chance it will seep into your room. I stayed during winter so no musty smell or a lot of insects (although the region is fairly tropical in weather)
+ Powerful aircon

A bit expensive for what it is, paid $175 AUD a night during peak season, probably would have rated it higher to forgive its shortcomings if it was a little cheaper.

- No breakfast in winter
- No other facilities on site
- My room was located in a very old section (they have many old original buildings converted to 'hotel' rooms) but the whole resort felt like they just purchased a bunch of buildings and converted them all. A lot of super old furniture and leftover old decor in the room that didn't fit, felt like it was from the 60s/70s. Other parts of the room felt super furnished. This mismatch in theme just made the room feel very incomplete and jarring aesthetically.
