Central, convenient room with a private bathroom, but disappointing staff.
Pros:

Great central location, just a couple of minutes’ walk from the gate to the castle. The room was bright with plenty of windows, the bathroom was clean, and the small storage room was a nice bonus.

The property offered to store our luggage for a few hours after check-out, which was very helpful.

Cons:

The staff were unhelpful. They didn’t answer the phone for a long time, and when they finally did, they promised to send the self-check-in instructions. After almost four hours, several messages, and three more calls, they finally told us they had internet issues. Instead of offering a simple solution right away, they kept us waiting, forcing us to postpone our plans. The limited check-in hours (2–5 p.m.) are also very inconvenient for travelers. Because of this experience, I would not stay here again.

There is no elevator, which may be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. The room also has no air conditioning, so it can get quite hot. The beds were not very comfortable and felt quite firm.

Bývanie priamo v centre. Rovno pod hradom.
Úžasná lokalita a autentické ubytovanie.

Cons:

Chlpy od psa na gauči. A neporiadok a pavučiny pod posteľou. Keďže sme mali malé dieťa ktoré všade lozí preto to bolo pre nás nepríjemné.

Celé dny jsme trávili ve městě, takže i přes uvedené nedostatky jsme byli spokojeni
Pros:

Ubytování na výborném místě v centru, ochotná slečna na recepci. Velká koupelna. Fajn, že byla lednice, malá kuchyňská linka. Byla i utěrka. Cena za ubytování pro tři osoby na dvě noci byla super.

Cons:

Pokoj byl pod střechou, takže strašné vedro, dusno, okna jsme se báli mít otevřená, aby se nerozbila, byla na nich napsaná instrukce , že je nutné okna zaháknout, ale chyběly háčky na zaháknutí. Držák na toaletní papír jsme našli v šuplíku, ve zdi byl jen šroub, opravili jsme to. Byla možnost si uvařit čaj, pro tři osoby byly dva sáčky s čajem, jen dva hrnky a jedna lžička. Nejlepší léta má penzion asi už za sebou, neuškodilo by občas zkontrolovat inventář. Televize: jen tři rakouské programy, nešla naladit. Pokoj "De luxe" si představujeme trochu jinak, ale díky ceně, kterou jsme platili, budiž.

Enttäuschend.
Pros:

Die Lage war toll.

Cons:

Sehr dreckig. Wir bekamen keine frische Wäsche und als wir das „bitte aufräumen“ -Schild aufhängten, wurde es (ohne das etwas getan wurde) wieder hineingehängt. Der Tisch war kaputt, sowie die Abstelltasse in der Dusche und auch das Sieb war kaputt.

不满意服务。
Pros:

公寓就在彩绘塔旁边，紧邻主街，去哪都方便，位置极好。这是最可取之处。房间比较宽敞，住着不憋屈。但设施比较老旧，厨房很小，没有电梯，得上下楼，腿脚不好不建议住。最关键的一点，住城堡公寓，如果乘大巴来 ，一定要买停在克鲁姆洛夫Spicak车站的票。从这里去城堡公寓比较近，而且路相对好走。如果停另一个车站，要拖着行李走很远，下楼梯，爬大坡，特别辛苦。我们来时就深受其苦，所以特别提醒想住城堡公寓的客人。

Cons:

公寓没有电梯，前台应有男服务员帮助长者或带小孩的客人提行李。公寓与前台不在一起，前台也无人引领去房间。城堡公寓的服务还有很大提升空间。
