Bien ubicado, lo único malo la puerta de la ducha rota
Es importante que se haga mencion que no esta cerca del centro y que esta ubicado en un barrio de inmigrantes que se percibe inseguro.
El cuarto del
Inodoro olia mucho a cigarro.
Se hacia mencion que teníamos descuento en un buffet de desayuno cercano que resulta que era buffet arabe y que el descuento mo es válido cuando son menos de 5 personas.

使用予定のなかった、エアコンはリモコン故障、テレビはチャンネル設定できず。
電子レンジがある部屋とない部屋あり。
明記された地図と実際宿泊場所が違く、治安が悪そうな場所に案内されました。

Was auf den Biöder nach einem großen Raum aussieht, ist mit dem 2. Bett vollkommen vollgestellt.
Das 2. Bett war ein Klappbett, das einfach mitten im Raum steht.
In der Toilette gibt es kein Waschbecken, dafür aber einen Ganzkörperspiegel...
Für eine Person allein bestimmt ganz nett, vor allem, mit dem begehbaren Kleiderschrank, aber für mehrere Personen absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

It maybe because we stayed during the hottest week in the year. It was like living in a hot box and they had only one table fan. The apartment floor, elevator and surroundings were dirty. The area behind the apartment seemed pretty unsafe. Someone threw a piece of glass from the next building which landed infront of our car (this was right before we got the keys). Maybe it was just our experience. We decided to checkout in a day. Hope they return the deposit

Good price, nice apartment, everything was clean.
I was planning to give Sky9 a "zero" rating, but in all fairness, the apartment was quite nice. The issue has been their advertising: on Expedia, the location shows as being on Karl Popperstrasse close to the main train station; in reality it is nearly a mile away. So far away, that the wheels on my new luggage disintegrated from the beating. Also, the reservation on Expedia allowed for free cancellation for no additional cost, but Sky9 indicated their reservation system didn't allow for such. Also, the unit was advertised as having a king and queen bed, which was really more like a king (maybe) and a pull-out sleeper sofa. So, if you don't mind a bit of a walk to the actual location and pay attention to the reservation policies, this could be a good deal. We only needed the apartment for one night; if we'd had an extended stay, the positive aspects of the apartment would have offset the inconveniences. So, for the right travelers, this could be a good unit, but be aware.
We found the photos on the description are very misleading, as the photos are clearly photoshopped to make them more appealing than they actually are. The facility are very basic and there is not any view to the city, just a court yard from balcony. We thought there is a swimming pool to use according to the photos, actually there is no swimming pool, but the swimming pool is in another location and you need to pay to use it.
After stayed in this apartment, we were contacted by the people running the business to ask us to give above current score in order to get 5 euro back. I declined to do so, as it is fraud and not true to the experience we had.
It was very hot in May as it is a penthouse and there is no air-con, it will be sweltering in the summer.
Die Wohnung war spitze, allerdings die Lage Hm nicht unter vielen Österreichern. Der Park war ein Spielepark von morgens früh bis spät nachts in einer Lautstärke und Sprache die wir nicht verstanden haben.

Lägenheten har det man behöver och är rymlig, extra plus med balkong. Ligger dock en kvart med taxi från stan i ett sämre område. Vi var tre stycken och fick för lite duschtvålstuber. När jag bad om några stycken ytterligare på Mail fick jag inte ens svar vilket är minus vad gäller service
バス停まですぐでトラムまでも数分で行ける便利さ。 買い出しは近くにスーパーHofer がありバスで二駅乗ると下町の商店街もあって便利です。部屋は1LDKでゆとりの広さ、カーテンがないけど覗かれる心配がないので気にならない。全てが便利で唯一の難点は電子レンジがない事、食器洗い機はあるし洗剤も置いてくれているけど洗濯機の洗剤は無いので注意です。
ウィーンに住んでいたのでアパートの質の高さはお勧めします。連絡もメールでまめに来るので親切です。事務所のスタッフも親切でした。
キーボックスの鍵を取る方式なので事務所が休みでも心配ありません。
