Overall it was a nice place.
Pros:

The location was perfect as I was there for a sick relative at the Royal Alec.

Cons:

Starting at 6:30 am doors starting slamming. Then there were people out in the corridor talking loudly at about 7:15 am. Then about 8:00 am I could here kids in the hall running to the pool and making to much noise. So I was woken up hours before I needed to get up.

Pros:

We had a great time at that hotel. The pool is great. The breakfast is incredible ( you have to pay but it's reasonable price). The room is clean, the bed is comfy.

The bottle with shower gel wasn't refilled

The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The side table in the room was extremely small. Planned to play cards and the table was too small to do that. 2 dinner plates would not fit on it.

Construction noises in the morning, I had plans to enjoy the morning in peace....but thanks to the hammering, scraping and other loud noises I was totally disappointed.

Pros:

The location is perfect for going anywhere. There's a mall across the street. I chose the hotel because it was close to my dr's appointment. We arrived sooner than the regular check-in time because of my appointment and I was handed over the key to our room, gave us some time to get organized after laser treatment, as i wouldn't be able to see and get around. The pool is rather small but warm and my grandson loved the slide. As the weather was terrible, we had breakfast at the restaurant on the 2nd floor. Very nice place with big windows, nice atmosphere. Servers are friendly. Lots to choose from on the menu. My 3 egg omelette was cooked perfectly, i added peppers and spinach. Coffee is included. I was there before and i always go back because i like it there.

Cons:

the weather. lol. It was April craziness: snowstorms, blowing snow and cold.
