Das Zimmer war sauber und die Größe war o.k
Das Personal war nicht wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gab keine Infos was man unternehmen könnte, es wurde uns gesagt dass man an der Lobby anrufen muss wenn das Zimmer gemacht werden soll. Sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Die Waschmaschine bzw. der Trockner funktionierte nicht erst nachdem wir mehrfach nachfragen.
Wir hatten den Zug nach Toronto erst um 18:50 und der hatte dann auch noch 5 Stunden Verspätung. Auf unsere Frage ob es möglich ist das Zimmer etwas länger zu nutzen wurde uns gesagt maximal bis 12 Uhr sonst müssten wir die ganze Nacht zahlen. So warteten wir ganze 6h in der Lobby.
Alles in allem kann ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen

I spent 5 nights and they didn't even bother to refill the shampoo or anything for shower which was already empty since day 1.
The room service are just in the morning and you have to book them, if you miss them so good luck for you.
There was no water bottles in the suite.
Close to mall. Easy to get to jubilee auditorium. Excellent lounge food.
Noisy air conditioning. Noisy when people talked in the hallway.
I love the area that it’s in and what’s around. There to do. One of the reasons I book there every time.
The ac wasn’t working in the room, it was so hot that night. The front desk girl was short and over whelmed which took out on guests

Close to the arena
No ac in room . Room was not as advertised. No manager on site. Didn’t really address the issue just offered a free breakfast . Didn’t change our room to accommodate the issue.
The room was beautiful and big.
The location was fantastic, right next to the Kingsway Mall, which has plenty of retail and dining options. The room was comfortable and very spacious.
The room amenities could do with some upgrades. For instance, a good coffee machine is essential. No safety box.

Great location for proximity to the Royal Alex. We were in town for an early appointment there.
The beds were a little too soft for our liking.
Location, facilities were a great value to us
The location was perfect as I was there for a sick relative at the Royal Alec.
Starting at 6:30 am doors starting slamming. Then there were people out in the corridor talking loudly at about 7:15 am. Then about 8:00 am I could here kids in the hall running to the pool and making to much noise. So I was woken up hours before I needed to get up.
We had a great time at that hotel. The pool is great. The breakfast is incredible ( you have to pay but it's reasonable price). The room is clean, the bed is comfy.
