Lacking of amenities waiting for so long just for the amenities that I request once and first for the 2 nights stay. But all goods we understood that cause we are also embrace the hospitality industry 😊

Great location right across from Kingsway Mall.
Upon arrival we checked in at 5pm after traveling all day. When we got to our room it STUNK so bad of cigarette smoke. My eyes were burning. I called front desk and they said they couldn’t switch me rooms as they were booked up - and asked us to leave our room for an hour while they use an ozone machine. I don’t understand why we couldn’t switch rooms with someone else checking in later and they could use the ozone then rather than inconvenience us. I thought that was poor customer service.
Within 24hrs the room smelled terrible again.
This is a very large place that has a motel type of layout.
You *can* walk all the way around but most often if you’re in the further buildings it’s quicker and easier to walk across the parking lot to access the lobby/pool/restaurant.
The fridge wasn't working well
Great location.
I stay there about twice a year and each time the quality has gone down. This time the toilet didn’t like to flush so we would take the tank lid off to fix it and found mould behind the tank.
It was very clean and quiet.

I didn't even get to check in ... I got rejected a room because of how I looked and for being a native that the hotel automatically assumed my wife and I were criminals and rejected us and on top of that the want to send me an email asking how my stay was I didn't get to stay and I was charged for it
