This hotel gave us peace of mind!
Pros:

The staff were very friendly. The staff and the food were excellent in the restaurant, very fast service! The mall across the street had everything you’d want and the hotel was close to Commonwealth Stadium, short uber or half hour walk. Definitely recommend ❤️

Great visit. Would choose this hotel again.
Pros:

Pool and waterslide is great. We had a 2 bedroom suite which worked well for kids going to bed early and adults visiting in the living area. The breakfast was reallly good and the kids meals were reasonably priced. Adults had a 9.99$ express breakfast offer until 11 AM which was good value.

Stay every year for 10yrs.....happy for the money
Pros:

Clean, comfortable quiet place to stay with free coffee.
Friendly cleaning staff who were eager to make our stay more comfortable

Cons:

Manager unfriendly and rude. Check in was not treated in a friendly manner. Treated like a inconvenience.

The best hotel in Edmonton
Pros:

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Everything is great. The rooms are so clean.
The staff is amazing. It doesn't matter who you meet. From the general manager, to the staff at the front desk, to the staff at the restaurant, to the janitor and housekeeping. Everyone is amazing.
The restaurant is amazing. Breakfast is a la carte which I prefer. Dinner is great. Lots of choice. The staff is so friendly and always in for a joke.
If you want to go to Edmonton then this is, in my opinion, the best hotel to go to. The location is perfect. Right across the Kingsway mall.
