Very clean and location was great
July and the pool was not working
They promised a pool and when I arrived at 3pm the pool
Was closed. The young guy on the counter told me that I had to make a call for checking if the pool was available. Never again for me here … sorry never again here for me! If they had taken my complaint serious I would have had no problem with it. But now they told me it was my fault… not OK
The location was convenient. There is a Loves gas station across the street and some fast food places within 2 minutes of the hotel.
The staff at the hotel were very friendly. There was a young lady that works there (senior in high school with an injured foot) that was very hardworking and professional.
The hotel room was clean and breakfast was decent. In addition, the hotel rooms are well insulated and even though the hotel was very busy, i did not hear the visitors next to me at all.
We stayed during the end of July/beginning of August. We were told the summer is the busiest season. The hotel rooms were completely booked for the two nights we stayed. There was not enough parking at the facility for all the cars. We had to park in an “overflow” parking that wasn’t very close to the room.
Also, the swimming pool was closed- which was not advertised online.
One of the best Best Westerns where we have stayed. Very clean and convenient. The breakfast is amazing. Especially the homemade green chile.
Horrible! They didn’t honor the rate that I had booked. I had a email with the rate and total that didn’t seem to matter to her. Plus she was rude. Very bad experience.
Although most hotels in this price range offer the standard free breakfast, BW Kokopelli Lodge provides a step above the others with larger links, fresh pancakes and delicious salsas. Be sure the stay for the breakfast.
The only downside to the stay was that the pool was closed.

Very clean and the breakfast was great. Close to a decent restaurant. The bed was very comfortable.
It is located across the street from a Truck gas station but using a sound machine helped dampen the noise.
We’ve stayed here for years and live the location, the convenience of a ground floor room and the breakfast!
Room 120 Air conditioner was loud and noisy so much so that we had to turn it off to get to sleep. The carpet and room smelled musty. We’ve never experienced this problem
And the front desk advised us that the rooms had just been renovated? We saw Molly bolt holes still in the wall?

Pool not open. Find someone who knows how to make coffee.
Very clean room and facilities. Vegetarian options at breakfast with real eggs, (not egg powder). Decent coffee. Nice grassy area to walk the dogs and only one $20 fee for two dogs, not $20 each dog. Cheerful and kind staff.
Need to refill poop bags at the grassy walking area and puck up beer cans.
Terrible! Thank goodness for help from trip advisor. Won’t stay here again. Traveling solo. Asked for a room downstairs. Parking lot full. Dragged luggage to room. Air didn’t work. Tried to call desk. No answer. Front desk wouldn’t move me to another room because they said they had already put me in the computer. Unreal! Had other rooms available but wouldn’t move me. I offered to pay more for a different type of room. Same answer. Called trip advisor and a rep got a full refund for me. Thanks trip advisor!!!! Keep driving. Much better places down the road.
The front desk girls were as helpful as possible and the manager gave us a discount on the room because of all the problems we had.
We especially chose this hotel for its pool which wasn’t functioning. After a 10 hour drive and high heat temps the kids were really looking forward to a swim. We were very disappointed. Then we found out the tv wasn’t working. There were no other rooms so we couldn’t switch. The sink faucet was broken in the bathroom. There was a long hair in the sinks and a dead ant in the kids bed.

The pool wasn’t operational and that should have been communicated to us. Our kids were really disappointed — they had been looking forward to it all day of travel
The facility is easy to locate and very clean. The breakfast was delicious with good variety of foods, both hot and cold. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The staff were helpful.
Everything was top notch! No issues.
