Krasny prostorny pokoj, mily personal, bohata snidane.

Cons:

Parkovani byla na hotelovem parkovisti, ale vzdalene 750m od hotelu. Hotel umisten primo na namesti, do 3 hod do rana byl slyset velky hluk z namesti (kapela vyhravala do 2. hod ranni).

Die zentrale Lage, das historische, aber schön renovierte. Gebäude. die Größe der Zimmer und vor allem der Parkplatz, der zum Hotel gehört und leicht zu erreichen ist.

It was really good. Happy with the choice.
Pros:

Room was a bit too hot and toilet downstairs is not very practical, but otherwise very spacious.

Cons:

Location on the main square, price, breakfast was average, but room was very big...... No air conditioning, so a bit hot.

Gefallen hat uns die Zentrale Lage direkt am Hauptplatz und der nette Herr an der Rezeption

Cons:

Wir hatten das Zimmer Nr. 4, ja wo soll ich anfangen vermutlich war das Zimmer für Personal gedacht.
Die Ausstattung zusammen gewürfelt aus diversen Epochen, sämtliches Mobiliar verschliessen in die Jahre gekommen. Lage Straßenseite in direkter Nähe zur Music Bar also nur Laut keine Ruhe da auch keine Klimaanlage mussten wir die Fenster geöffnet lassen.
Wir waren sicher schon 30x in Krumau aber dieses Hotelzimmer ist eine Frechheit.

Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr gut.
Das Frühstück war auch OK.

Cons:

Bei der Anmeldung an die Reception sag mal uns dass wir 2 Zimmer für 2 Erwachsene gebucht haben und zwar ohne Frühstück !!!
Gesucht und anscheinend nicht gebucht sind 2 Zimmer für je 2 Personen (Freunde).
In der heutigen KI-Welt frage ich mich wie kommt Booking.com auf so eine Idee.
Bis jetzt habe ich bei Booking.com immer 1 Zimmer für 2 Personen also für ein Paar, meine Frau und ich.
Das ich 2 Zimmer für je 1 Person buchen sollte ist fast unglaublich.
Ich hätte reagieren können bei der Bestätigung.
Aber die war kurz und bündig: " Ihre Buchung ist bestätigt ".
Mehr interessiert Booking.com nicht.
Hauptsache gebucht.
Schade dass man nicht mehr verlangen kann!

Location in a fairy-tale town’s main square. Decent breakfast.

Cons:

Parking is a bit of walk from hotel, hotel has no elevator - caution for travellers with disabilities. Although located in old historic buildings, interior is disappointing - details lost evidently during renovation. And small details that not add value: no coffee/tea facilities in the room; no reading lamps and plugs at the bed.

Schöner geht nicht. Die Menschen dort sind sehr freundlich und nett.
Pros:

Ich bin oft mit dem Motorrad alleine unterwegs. Ein so schönes Zimmer und bequemes Bett hatte ich in 45 Jahren nicht. Das Zimmer war am Marktplatz, ein bisschen weg vom Hauptgebäude im 1. Stock. Das Zimmer hatte über 40qm und hatte ein Kreuzgewölbe. Am morgen ein Spaziergang in der Altstadt. Eine Ruhe und ein Traum. Da werde ich sicherlich wieder hinfahren.
