Viel Positives, wenig Negatives
Pros:

Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine perfekte Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Unsere sehr große und gemütliche Juniorsuite bot viel Platz und Komfort. Satelitenfernsehen sehr gut. Die Dusche war ausgezeichnet, und nachts war es angenehm ruhig.
Ein Zimmertresor war allerdings nicht vorhanden.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und qualitativ gut. Lediglich das Nachlegen einzelner Speisen dauerte gelegentlich etwas länger.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die sehr schöne Terrasse, auf der ausgezeichnete Speisen angeboten werden. Aufgrund der Beliebtheit des Restaurants empfiehlt sich eine rechtzeitige Reservierung.

Cons:

Verbesserungsbedarf gibt es bei der in der Hotelbeschreibung erwähnten Küchenzeile. Diese ist praktisch nicht nutzbar, da keinerlei Geschirr oder Küchenutensilien vorhanden sind. Ebenso fehlte eine Espressomaschine, die heutzutage in vielen Hotels dieser Kategorie zum Standard gehört. Uns wurde dann nach Anfrage ein Wasserkocher mit Teebeuteln zur Verfügung gestellt.
Bei der Buchung sollte außerdem darauf hingewiesen werden, dass sich der Parkplatz in einiger Entfernung zum Hotel befindet. Das Gepäck muss über holpriges Altstadtpflaster transportiert werden. Für Gäste mit viel Gepäck, beispielsweise auf einer Rundreise, kann dies durchaus beschwerlich sein. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass wir am Tag der Abreise zum Parkplatz gefahren wurden.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat uns insgesamt nicht vollständig überzeugt. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns erklärt, dass an diesem Wochenende aufgrund einer Großveranstaltung deutlich mehr Gäste als üblich in der Stadt waren und deshalb erhöhte Zimmerpreise galten. Man teilte uns mit, dass hierauf in einer E-Mail des Hotels hingewiesen worden sei. Daran kann ich mich jedoch nicht erinnern. Sollte diese Information ausschließlich in der Landessprache verfasst worden sein, ist es durchaus möglich, dass ich die Nachricht nicht als relevant erkannt und daher nicht weiter beachtet habe.
Insgesamt ist das Hotel aufgrund seiner hervorragenden Lage, der großzügigen Zimmer und der guten Gastronomie durchaus empfehlenswert. Einige Details hinsichtlich Ausstattung, Information der Gäste und Preisgestaltung könnten jedoch verbessert werden.

2 nights in a Junior Suite
Pros:

The location was excellent , the room spacious but dated. Large bathroom with tub but no separate shower. Good breakfast.

Cons:

There is no elevator , so for older folks it's problematical. Waste bin not emptied and no hot water temporarily one evening. Bed was ok but not super comfortable.

最上級の部屋でしたので、ロケーションは最高、設備も最高、朝食も最高、スタッフも最高、あえて言うなら、価格が高いことですね、もっと安い部屋もあるのですが、満室でした

Skvělé ubytování
Pros:

Ubytování přímo na náměstí, v centru města. Výborná pozice. Vše čisté a pohodlné.

Cons:

Nemůžeme říct nelíbilo. Jen je byt až úplně nahoře v domě a mrzelo nás , že není vidět z oken.

Mooi gelegen, maar behelpen en slecht ontbijt
Pros:

Hotel lag midden in het unieke centrum van Cesky Krumlov. We kregen ongevraagd een upgrade naar een superior kamer. We mochten zelf kiezen welke kamer het beste beviel.

Cons:

Ontbijt was matig en om 8.15 uur al grotendeels op, omdat er een bus gezelschap voor ons was. Badkamer mocht wel een opknapbeurt hebben en een deel van de handdoeken waren oud. Wij zouden deze handdoeken tot poetsdoeken bestempelen. Het hotel had een parking op zo'n 5 tot 10 minuten lopen en dat was best een gedoe met onze koffers vanwege de keien op de straten.

Cons:

okná na izbe č. 6 smerovali ku vnútornej časti hotela, odsávanie a vetranie kuchyni išlo cez túto časť, takže všetok smradu z kuchyni vrátane konverzácie kuchyňskeho personálu pri otvorených oknách spríjemnili náš pobyt na izbe. po skončení prevádzky v kuchyni personál začal robiť poriadok, samozrejme v maximálnou hlučnosťou. Tento show trval až do 01.00 hod. Po skončení predstavenia mali sme šťastie vítať komárov , ktoré zase postarali o znepríjemnenie nášho pobytu. Podotýkam, že pri zatvorených oknách bolo asi 30 stupňov celsia na izbe.

Ottima sistemazione in un incantevole contesto
Pros:

Ottima posizione, fantastica sistemazione in due appartamenti staccati dall'hotel, ma sulla stessa piazza, upgrade molto gradito. Parcheggio privato riservato agli ospiti. Cittadina incantevole e castello imperdibile.

Cons:

Necessario un servizio di trasporto bagagli dal parcheggio all'hotel e viceversa, per non essere costretti a portare i bagagli a mano per un percorso poco agevole, di una decina di minuti sul pavé. Colazione appena sufficiente.
