Pros:

Místo v centru

Cons:

Parkování 300 metrů od ubytování.
V žádném případě neodpovídá 4 hvězdičkám.
Nekomfortní ubytování (především kovová postel).
Televize, na které fungovaly pouze 2 české a 3 německé programy.
Retro koupelna.
Personál: portýr, který zapáchá jak z třetí cenové skupiny (zápach z cigaret) a recepční, který o hoteliérství neví vůbec nic.
Měli jsme pokoj č. 13, který je situovaný do dvora. Do půl 2 ráno jsme poslouchali diskotéku a blbé Němce, kteří byli nesmírně hluční. Vrcholem bylo, že v 5:50 nás vzubudil personál, který šel do práce a hulákal pod okny.
Poslední věc byla snídaně, která čtyř hvězdu připomíná opravdu jen slovně.
Při stížnostech na recepci nebyla sjednána žádná náprava, pouze chabá omluva.

Enttäuschend!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist für eine Erkundung dieser wunderschönen Stadt unschlagbar, allerdings keine Anfahrt mit dem Pkw möglich, aber es gibt einen hoteleigenen Shuttlebus vom ca 5 Minuten entfernten Parkplatz. Man muss das Hotel vor Anreise anrufen, um sich Adresse von Parkplatz geben zu lassen. Wurde uns nicht vorher gesagt. Daher haben wir an Silvester nervige Runden gedreht und erfolglos versucht, Hotel zu erreichen. Es kommt dann jemand und öffnet Schranke von Parkplatz . Erwähnenswert ist auch, dass das Hotel über diverse Restaurants und eine Bar verfügt.

Cons:

Die gebuchte Junior-Suite befand sich im Haupthaus und entsprach weder den Fotos auf booking.com noch leider dem erwartbaren Standard. Keine extra Dusche, nur Badewanne, Möbel mit dem Charme einer Jugendherberge, Teppichboden, kein extra WC, zu wenig Ablageflächen, kein Lift trotz 2.Stock und das Gepäck wurde nur auf Aufforderung hochgetragen, Zimmer direkt neben Wäsche bzw. Heizungs/Lüftungsraum mit entsprechenden Geräuschen ab 7 Uhr. Man sollte auf Zimmer im Anbau bestehen. Daher stammen vielleicht die schönen Fotos. Frühstück nichts besonderes. Das Galadinner zu Silvester bestand aus einfachen Speisen und überschaubaren Portionen. Da wären wir mit einem Restaurantbesuch unserer Wahl besser bedient gewesen. Der Ort verfügt über ganz viele wunderbare Lokalitäten. Das Essen musste beim Check-In schon im voraus bezahlt werden.Trotz schon 1 Monat im Voraus bezahlter Unterkunft wurden wir beim Check-In aufgefordert mit Kreditkarte zu zahlen. Dem haben wir leider Folge geleistet, da wir verunsichert waren und der Rezeption glaubten. Der Fehler wurde von uns später bemerkt und darauf angesprochen erfolgte die Stornierung und Rückbelastung der Karte mit CZK, aber eine ernsthafte Entschuldigung seitens des Hotels blieb aus. Alles in allem daher nicht zu empfehlen. Dies ist meine erste negative Bewertung eines über booking.com gebuchten Hotels.

perfektes Apartment für einen Kurztrip mit Freunden oder für eine Familie
Pros:

Wir haben für einen Silvester-Kurztrip das "Luxus-Apartment" für 4 Personen gebucht und Apartment Nr. 5 im 2. Stock bekommen. Diese Apartments befinden sich in einem anderen Haus am Marktplatz und es ähnelte einer sehr schönen und geräumigen Wohnung bzw. einem Airbnb. Es gibt ein Doppelzimmer mit Boxspringbett, die weiteren zwei Betten waren im Wohnzimmer (1x Klappbett und 1x Couch) vorbereitet. Eine perfekte Lösung für 4 Personen ist das nicht, aber es ist zumindest ein sehr geräumiges Apartment und bis auf die Schlafmöglichkeit optimal für mehrere Personen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war im Haupthaus - nichts besonderes aber völlig in Ordnung.
+ großes Bad mit Doppelwaschtisch und Badewanne + Dusche (Fön und Handtücher vorhanden)
+ großes Wohn/ - Esszimmer mit sehr schöner und neuer Küche (Wasserkocher+ Nespresso Maschine) und hochwertigen Möbeln

Cons:

Obwohl wir für 4 Personen gebucht haben, war die Küche nicht für vier ausgestattet, da wir nur drei Stück je Besteck und wenige Gläser zur Verfügung hatten. Auch die "Willkommensgeschenke" am Bett sowie Bademantel und Hausschuhe gab es nur für 2 Personen im Schlafzimmer. Das fehlende Besteck haben wir nach einer Bestellung bei der Rezeption jedoch erhalten.
- Der Lift war laut Schild defekt, jedoch funktionstüchtig.
- Die Nespresso-Kapseln sind Teil der "Mini-Bar-Zusatzleistung" und sehr teuer (á 60 Kronen = ca. € 2,50); ebenso die Teebeutel - im Besten Fall mitnehmen; wir haben bei keinem Supermarkt in der Nähe Kapseln bekommen
- Die Heizung konnte man manuell steuern, hat jedoch etwas verrückt gespielt

Tágas, világos volt a szoba és a nappali. A fürdőszobában nagy kád és zuhanyzó is volt.

Cons:

A lift sajnos nem működött, így lépcsőztünk az emeletről, illetve a kilátás nem a főtérre nézett, mint ahogy az a hirdetésben volt.
