Celkově spokojenost, ale drobné detaily k vylepšení se vždy najdou. :)
Pros:

Naprosto úžasné snídaně! Velice milý a ochotný personál, schopný vše řešit ke spokojenosti zákazníků. Umístění přímo v centru města.

Cons:

Přestože jsme na bookingu volili přímo v zadání manželskou postel, dorazili jsme na místo a v pokoji měli oddělené postele... Žádný pokoj s manželskou postelí bohužel na první noc nebyl volný, personál ovšem nabídl, že nám postele alespoň srazí a další den až se uvolní pokoje, dají nám možnost se přestěhovat, klidně i do apartmánu. Nicméně se nám již nechtělo stěhovat veškeré věci a tak jsme se nakonec domluvili na slevě za pejska, i když spaní nebylo úplně pohodlné, matrace by určitě mohly být tvrdší, na náš vkus příliš měkké, ale to je velice subjektivní. Ještě by bylo dobré trochu lepší odhlučnění, z ulice byl relativně ruch, především z music clubu. Jediné, co bych skutečně vytknula - úklidová služba na pokojích trochu pokulhávala, na pokoji jsme měli pouze 1 toaletní papír, přestože jsme měli ubytování na 5 dní, druhý den začal docházet a nebyl doplněný, úklid k nám přišel až po urgenci, kdy toaletní papír došel úplně.

お部屋が小洒落て広くて綺麗。可愛い。
シャワーが機能的で分かりやすい。
朝食会場が素敵すぎる。
夜も朝も散歩に出かけるのに立地が良い。

Cons:

お部屋の場所が多岐に渡り、階段が多いのでスーツケースは少しだけ大変。
ベッドの周りにコンセントがなかった。
鍵が、多分日本人には開けにくいタイプ。毎回ヨーロッパの『鍵』に苦労してしまう。慣れている人には、全く問題のない話。

Pros:

Wir haben ein Upgrade bekommen und statt eines einfachen Zimmers ein ganzes Appartement. Das Appartement war sehr stylisch und wunderbar eingerichtet. Personal sehr sehr nett. Frühstück war okay. Wir waren ziemlich alleine.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war am Anfang seht kalt und die Heizung hat nicht ganz richtig geheizt zu den Zeiten, zu denen wir im Zimmer waren.
