Cons:

Los ahorradores de agua en lo lavamanos son un desastre, lavarse las manos hay que hacerlo en seis tiempos de descargue. Me parece que sacrifican calidad por ahorros, que no son necesarios dadas las altas tarifas que cobran.
Los desayunos, incluidos en la tarifa, son monótonos, siempre lo mismo, creo deben variar un poco, o al menos ser mas creativos a la hora de presentar los mismos huevos todos los días.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, es amplio y ofrece un excelente desayuno.

Al llegar nos asignaron una habitación distinta a la reservada y al hacer la solicitud de ajuste, la primera reacción del personal fue contradecir las características de la reserva, como señalado que les estábamos engañando.

Las camas son muy incomodas, no recomiendo una estancia larga.

El ruido de las habitaciones al estar cerca de avenida. Entiendo la cultura PET friendly pero eso no significa que se permita dejar encerradas a las mascotas todo el día, donde solo ladraban del desespero
