Behulpzaam, schone kamer.

De hoofdkussens zijn wel aan vervanging toe. Daardoor slecht geslapen helaas.

Good place to stay
Pros:

Nice place, comfortable bed. Curtains was absolutely gorgeous, make room completely dark. Staff were really responsive and helpfull.

Cons:

The sink clogged when we arrived, asked reception and it was fixed next day. Not really variable breakfast, super basic stuff.

Pros:

Le restaurant en bas était pratique.

Cons:

En arrivant la chambre etait sale : les draps du lits étaient tachés , on m'a changé de chambre...
Pas de matelas double. Des petits lits de camps avec des matelas tout mince qui glissent du sommier.
La douche "bruine" au plafond fonctionnait pas bien, se laver avec la douche telephone dans la main car trop basse pour sen servir... ridicule.
Dejeuner a 19 Euro était froid, j'ai du demander quon repasse au micro onde....
C'est sans compter les tentatives de fraude par des hacker qui ont piraté le site de Booking via OZO hotel et jai eu zéro dédommagement pour le harcelement via WhasApp que jai vécu. Si je n'avais pas ete vigilante on me fraudait ma carte de credit.
OZO s'est deresponsabilisé du probleme ainsi que Booking.
Le chauffage baissait a 18 degré et difficile a remonter. Jai dormi avec les 2 couettes....
Emplacement OK, mais je conseille le Hilton collé au métro. OZO est a 10-15 min de marche.
Quand même déçue, surtout que l'établissement ai rien fait de concret pour s'excuser de tout ça, a part me changer de chambre ce qui est normal quand on arrive et qu'il y a du vieux sperme sur les draps supposement propre.
Pas de shamppoing ni revitalisant, et le sechoir a cheveux va mal.

Niet waar voor uw geld.
Pros:

Comfortabel bed met een tweepersoonsmatras.

Cons:

Douchecabine niet goed afgesloten waardoor de badkamer heel snel onder water staat. Personeels spreekt geen Nederlands. Vlek in het gordijn. Eerder naar huis gegaan wegens niet tevreden.
