Fijne locatie en ontbijt, schoonmaak behoeft aandacht!
Pros:

Het ontbijt en de ligging t.o.v. Ziggo Dome.
Parkeren is mogelijk voor 15 euro per dag.
Het is een ruime kamer. Er zat een kuil in het bed waardoor je naar elkaar toe rolde.

Cons:

Alleen het noodzakelijke was schoongemaakt; het toilet, bed verschoond, de vloer was aardig schoon.
De melkglazen deur van de badkamer zat vol vlekken evenals de douchedeur. De wasbak en kraan waren ook niet goed schoon.
Er stond een vies glas waaruit je absoluut niet kon drinken en in de koelkast lag een gebruikte vork met wat etensresten.
Er zat een kuil in het bed waardoor je naar elkaar toe rolde.

Pros:

Stayed here several times always think the rooms are well proportioned, clean, good water pressure and great location as close to my work - it is fit for purpose.

The last stay I had a truly awful experience due to an incredibly rude front desk clerk. Arrived this time and the previous situation was addressed without prompting and they did all they could do to apologize for the situation. This meant a lot to me as this hotel works really well normally. So a big thank you to Ronald and staff for your warm welcome - I look forward to seeing you next time.

Still wish there was a shelf or two to put cosmetics and other bathroom items on - really the only negative

Rooms were clean, TV not working. Terrible service
Pros:

We stayed in room 323 saturday june 27. I was working in the lounge during the day there was no one manning the bar. Annoying but not a dealbreaker.

At night we wanted to watch the England game but TV was not working. We called the desk, someone game up and confirmed it wasnt working. End of interaction.

No solution offered just to bad. It dont work.

Of course we werent satisfied after that so we send an email trying to figure out what happened here. No reponse just ignored.

Way to expensive for this crappy service. Avoid like the plague.

Het meeste, het was niet goed schoon, personeel was kortaf, kamer werd niet schoongemaakt ook niet als je erom vroeg. Er werd gezegd dat er Toiletspullen waren (Shampoo enz) maar in de douche stonden 2 flessen handzeep?? Bed was keihard met alleen een lakentje over het matras, niet ingestopt ofzo dus eind vd nacht lag je op een kaal matras. Kleine vieze waterkoker, geen koffieapparaat. 1 zakje thee voor 3 nachten en 2 personen

Das Zimmer war geräumig.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt an größeren Straßen. Einige Baustellen sind in der Umgebung. Das Bad ist ein Glaskasten im Zimmer.
