Error en entrega paquete

La ubicación y la atención del personal

Cons:

Nos dejaron un paquete en recepcion y nunca nos lo entregaron. Salimos del hotel y no nos dijeron nada. Vivimos fuera de Colombia y estamos viendo como recuperar el paquete porque el hotel no se quiere hacer cargo de su error al no haberlo entregado a tiempo.

The stay was fantastic. Very polite people. Location perfect.

The location was 👌perfectly. The breakfast had the basic things. Enough for a good start.

Cons:

I miss a coffee/ tea maker in the room for a evening cup of tea/ coffee. The frontdesk employer gave us hot water for our cup of tea.
