Pros:

Super 3-Sterne Hotel, besser als einige 4-Sterne Hotels in denen ich schon war. Die Zimmer sind topmodern (smart-room) und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und auch abwechslungsreich. Die Poolbar ist ebenfalls super, hin und wieder bekommt man einen Raki oder ähnliches von den Barkeepern ausgegeben :). Das gesamte Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr toll finde ich auch, dass sich das Hotel (vorallem die schwedische Barkeeperin) um Strassenkatzen kümmert, von den es in Rethimno sehr viele gibt. Direkt neben dem Hotel ist ein grosser Supermarkt und auch der Strand und zahlreiche Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Der einzige kleine Makel ist, dass die Zimmer, die den Balkon in Richtung der Strasse haben, morgens etwas laut sind. Mit Ohrenstöpseln aber ok.

Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Pros:

I liked the cleanliness, the hospitality and the staff. Even the cats were friendly. Also the mattress in the bedroom was very comfortable, we managed to have a very relaxing sleep.

Nous avons réservé une chambre double pour 3 nuits dans cet hôtel, à notre arrivée on nous apprend que nous serons surclassé dans un appartement faute de chambre disponible, c'était plus que parfait. L'hôtel est très bien placé, la plage est à moins de 3mns à pieds. L'hôtel est bien entretenu, propre et moderne. Nous n'avons jamais eu de difficultés pour trouver un transat et s'installer au bord de la belle piscine.
Le petit-déjeuner est varié, avec de bons produits, fruits, pain frais, buffet salé/sucré etc... on s'est régalé ! Le restaurant et le bar de la piscine sont tout aussi réjouissants, bonne cuisine, prix corrects.
Enfin le personnel de cet hôtel est merveilleux. Ils sont toujours de bonne humeur, sourire aux lèvres, prêts à vous apporter tout ce dont vous avez besoin, avec une gentillesse comme on n'en voit peu. On a passé un super séjour, tout était parfait.
Mention spéciale pour "Babis" et sa sympathie, ne changez rien, nous avons adoré vous rencontrer.
