Die Lage des Hotels ist gut und die Poolanlage ist schön.

Cons:

Bereits am ersten Abend wurde uns trotz gebuchter und bezahlter Halbpension mitgeteilt, dass kein Abendessen in unserer Buchung enthalten sei. Erst nach längeren Diskussionen mit Restaurant und Rezeption wurde der Fehler bestätigt. Unsere Familien mit Kindern mussten dadurch mehrere Stunden auf das Essen warten.

Die Qualität der Verpflegung war leider enttäuschend. Mehrere Gerichte wurden nur lauwarm serviert. Das Frühstücksangebot war teilweise unzureichend, Brotkörbe waren leer und wurden nicht rechtzeitig nachgefüllt. Für Gäste mit besonderen Ernährungsbedürfnissen war die Auswahl sehr begrenzt.

Auch die Sauberkeit des Badezimmers entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Es waren sichtbare Verschmutzungen und Schimmelspuren vorhanden.

Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang mit Gästen bei Problemen. Nach den bereits entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten wurde uns sogar die Mitnahme von zwei Pfannkuchen für unser Kind verweigert.

Insgesamt hatten wir den Eindruck, dass Service, Verpflegung und Sauberkeit nicht dem Standard entsprechen, den wir bei einem Familienurlaub erwarten.

Schöne Resort, geräumige Apartments, sauber.

Cons:

Das Personal im Restaurant unorganisiert, Streitigkeiten klären die vor Gästen. Abendessen unter allen Niveau, kalt, ungenießbar, schlechte Qualität. Kartoffeln roh. Bei Frühstück Buffet eher mager, wenig Auswahl, kein Abwechslung.

Niezła lokalizacja - tuż przy miejskiej plaży, sporo zieleni w ogrodzie, pokoje sprzątane codziennie.

Cons:

Śniadanie mnie rozczarowało - zamiast szwedzkiego stołu jak na zdjęciach była obsługa kelnerska (bardzo długie oczekiwanie mimo, że gości było niewiele). Codziennie serwowane było to samo jedzenie, brak świeżych owoców jak na zdjęciach.
Może to kwestia tego, że była połowa maja i jeszcze przed sezonem, ale zarówno z ośrodka jak i z okolicy dobywał się hałas prac remontowo-naprawczych.

Ubytovanie sa nám páčilo, pomer cena - kvalita, zodpovedá.
Pros:

Prostredie, čistota a milí personál. Jedlo nám úplne postačovalo, mali sme zaplatenú polpenziu. Dostatok reštaurácii, barov .. určite sa sem vrátime;)

Wspólnie z rodziną stwierdziliśmy że chcielibyśmy wrócić do Vodic i bierzemy pod uwagę 2x ten hotel

Bliskość plaży sprawdza się w szczególności z małym dzieckiem. Gdy czegoś zapomnisz nie musisz wracać się niewiadomo ile, 5 min i jesteś w pokoju.
Lokalizacja, bezpośrednio przy plaży ( brodzik), oraz spokojniejszej części miasta.

Cons:

Śniadanie mogłoby być bardzie obwite w wybór warzyw oraz jak na taki hotel kawa robiona z proszku na śniadanie to trochę na minus. Brak regionalnych ciast. Ogólnie następnym raz biorę bez śniadań. Nie jest to opłacalne w stosunku do ceny.
Sprzątanie, często byliśmy w pokoju o 13 ( nakarmić dziecko po drzemce) I akurat codziennie był room serwis. Proszę ich żeby wrócili za 10-15 mi . Oczywiście nie wrócili a my nie mieliśmy sprzątnięte przez 3 dni( syf na podłodze bo nawet zmiotki nie było aby to ogarnąć!!)
