+ great location, easily accessible and close to the beach
+ reasonably spacious rooms, with all amenities
+ good breakfast, tasty and varied
+ lots of green areas

Cons:

- housekeeping in our case left to be desired (we had to ask 3 times to get new towels, at 6PM)
- pool area could benefit from more shadow and more sunbeds

Tolle Lage aber zu teuer für die Leistung

Super Lage, nettes Personal

Cons:

Für die Leistung ist der Preis zu hoch, Unterkunft veraltert, Matratzen extrem eingelegen, die Schildkrötenhaltung am Areal ist extrem fragwürdig (Gäste haben ziemlich das gesamte Frühstücksbuffet zum füttern reingeworfen), Frühstücksbuffet wurde teilweise sehr spät erst nachgefüllt & das Angebot ist relativ überschaubar.

Na plus tego hotelu na pewno można wskazać:
- lokalizacja - bliskość promenady i morza;
- powierzchnia apartamentów - apartament składał się z dwóch sypialni oraz pokoju dziennego z aneksem kuchennym.

Cons:

Wg mnie cena zapłacona za ten pobyt nie odpowiada standardowi hotelu, który wg mnie jest bardzo niski:
- obiekt zdecydowanie wymaga remontu - wyposażenie pokoju bardzo słabe i stare;
- brak wody butelkowanej w pokoju;
- sprzątanie pokoju na bardzo słabym poziomie;
- teren hotelu niezadbany - trawa wyschnięta;
- brak jakichkolwiek atrakcji dla gości mimo, iż teren hotelu nie jest wcale taki mały: brak stołu bilardowego, stołu do tenisa stołowego itp.;
- leżaki przy basenie - albo bardzo stare plastykowe, albo nowsze drewniane, ale za to bardzo twarde (brak materacy na leżakach);
- najgorsza rzecz to śniadania - krótki okres dostępności 8-10; jedzenie monotonne i cały czas czegoś brakowało:(

Es gibt keine Fliegengitter obwohl Gelsen nachts sehr aktiv waren; frühstücksbuffet ist Ordnung und für jeden was dabei, es könnte aber abwechslungsreicher sein bei 1 Woche Aufenthalt. Der Poolbereich ist schön jedoch wurden schon früh morgens alle Liegen mit Handtüchern reserviert …und man nach dem Frühstück keine Chance auf eine Liege hatte…sehr schade. Ausstattung der Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber. Duschkabine läsehr klein
