Fantastic stay at the Godfrey hotel in Boston. The staff were exceptional throughout and incredibly helpful on all matters. Arbon particularly helpful with luggage. A true gentleman.
My son and I had an amazing experience at the Godfrey hotel. The staff was exceptional. We had an amazing experience with one of the staff members named Arbon, who was very helpful and treated us very well. I would highly recommend this hotel as it is a very positive environment, and comfortable. We will definitely rebook here upon return to Boston.
The services were great from the door. The security guys, receptionists, and room service staff was exceptional. They did their job with happiness and smile in their faces.
We had an awesome stay. The hotel is clean and pleasant. The staff is very attentive and the doorman Arbon went above and beyond! This is a great place to stay while in Boston.
Loved this hotel, was very clean, friendly. Doormen at all hours of the day, except night time which is ok! Let us keep our bags stored after we checked out and even warmed up our food while waiting for our departure.

Myself and my two sons came for a three night stay. The property is so well positioned for everything you would want to do in Boston. It is immaculately clean and spacious. Beds are so comfortable. Would love to come again. Thank you
Godfrey was centrally located and close to everything Downtown. We had a rental car so it was easier to valet as there is no parking. The staff was extremely friendly. Arbon went out of his way to ensure his guests were happy & taken care of. We'd definitely stay again.
We had never stayed at a ‘boutique’ hotel before but this was a pleasant surprise. From the front desk who was always willing to hand out full-size bottles of water to the door men always welcoming you & wishing you a great day to the free snacks in your room that they would give you more of anytime you want?!?! Do all boutique hotels do this?!?! And of course the great location close to the Commons. We seriously had a great visit & would absolutely recommend to anyone.
I stayed for a few nights. Every night after getting back to the room, the place was spotless. The front desk clerks were all very nice and overall staying at the Godfrey was simple for me.
Location is perfect, staff is extremely friendly. I want to give kudos to Fidan especially.

Lovely, comfortable room - well equipped - great bathroom. Bed was extremely comfortable. Snacks and water provided every day. Always welcomed back to the hotel with a greeting and a smile. The location is brilliant - close to Boston Common and the start of the Freedom Trail. South Station and the metro very close by. Very highly recommend. Our thanks to all the brilliant staff.
Our stay overall was wonderful. I can’t overstate how pleasant your staff was. Felt very welcome on arrival. Your bellman, Arbon, was incredible. He made us feel special each time we encountered him.
I rated it a 4 because of a couple of minor things. The closet in the room was not very accommodating plus the desk chair had ripped leather.
