Very clean and nice hotel.
Pros:

Love the smell when you walk into the hotel. Hotel is very clean, as well as the room. Nice shower. The room was comfy. Nice toiletry products and I love the free snacks.

Cons:

Valet took forever and for no reason as I was the only car needing delivered. No apology for taking so long either. Coffee shop attached to you has horrible coffee. I thought the hotel was a little over priced.

Godfrey has a nice look and feel, very appealing lobby bar, very nice service all around. room was a good size and nicely designed

an espresso maching would be a great plus (tho fyi I didn't ask for one)

Pros:

I liked truly everything! The staff was always very kind and available! The room was very clean and functional! Although they don’t have breakfast but they do provide with coffee machines in the room and snacks and water were included in the price too! Very convenient location, in the middle of theater district and everything was within walking distance!

Cons:

There was nothing I could find to complain about;) !

After a long day of travel …
Pros:

The staff upon our arrival (front desk) were welcoming and helpful. We’d traveled for a full day and were exhausted. The bartender was funny and a pure delight. (And shook up an excellent martini). Next morning, the front desk and front of house staff helped with transportation and went above and beyond to make our departure as smooth as possible.

We also appreciated that there were plenty of snacks (some of them healthy-ish) in our room as we arrived after most restaurants in the neighborhood were closed. All were complimentary.

Pros:

Location was walkable to most everything in the Theatre District. Hotel was nicely appointed with cute touches - like a candy cart. Room was clean and laid out nicely, but dark with window facing a small empty courtyard. Staff were excellent, particularly the valets!
