CONVENIENT LOCATION
VERY EXPENSIVE FOR A RATHER RUN DOWN HOTEL WITH FEW AMENITIES AND WITH A CONSTANTLY PACKED LOBBY WITH INSUFFICIENT SEATING . A RATHER SHABBY EXPERIENCE AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR BUSINESS TRAVELLERS
Everything about this hotel was exceptional. Staff, location, amenities, cleanliness, the little extras. I can't think of anything I did not like, and would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a central location in Boston. The restaurant attached, RUKA is highly recommended also, so much so we ate there twice in a row (which we never do)! If I return to Boston, I won't bother looking for any other hotel. Thank you Godfrey!

Excellent location and loved having the coffee shop attached to hotel! The snacks in the room was very nice!0
Room was a little small.
The Staff was very accommodating
The room was not suitable for a couple staying more than one or two nights, certainly not for five nights as we did.
The so called closet was a wooden box standing in the middle of the floor that we had to turn sideways to pass by. There was no dresser so we lived out of our suitcase the entire time.
There's a half wall on one side of the bed that I had to crawl around to get in and out of; especially during the night.
They tell you that there will be unlimited amounts of snacks and water bottles replenished every day, for free. Then the add an URBAN FEE of $40 dollars a day for a few bags of potato chips.
The TV was impossible to navigate and defaulted to the beginning of the channel lineup every time you clicked on the remote.
And how about having single ply tissues and toilet paper in a Luxury hotel. Definitely not worth the $500 per day room rate.

Clean, good location - lobby bar and coffee shop. Doormen always there to open the door and help with luggage. Front desk young lady very nice.
Location is perfect. Close to everything. Front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, room service - everyone is super nice and treated us well. Room was very clean. I requested an electric kettle and mini fridge prior to my arrival and everything I asked for was already there.
I stayed with two other people in a room with a king size bed a sofa bed. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. It was tilted and my head was slightly lower than my legs as if I was visiting a dentist. There was only a thin blanket for that sofa. I would get an extra room if traveling with more than 1 person.

O sinal de wi-fi no meu quarto era péssimo, não conseguia acessar o wi-fi gratuito do hotel para poder utilizar meu laptop.
