Look of the hotel and the staff.

Cons:

Valet didn't show up morning of departure. Had to find the parking garage 4 blocks away and retrieve our vehicle.

Acceptable for 1 night. About $100 overpriced.
Pros:

Nice staff. Quiet room. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure in shower.

Cons:

Outdated, run down room interior. Missing the fridge. Minibar was a few chips and Oreos. Scratches all over the closet, doors, etc. Small room. Pillows smelled like old sweat. Restaurant attached to hotel was mediocre.

Niesamowite codzienne sprzątanie przez panią Elona. Jeszcze w żadnym hotelu nie byliśmy tak zadowoleni. Codziennie uzupełniamy również barek.

Cons:

Brakowało mi na dole jakiegoś automatu lub mini sklepiku z napojami, najpotrzebniejszymi rzeczami jak bywa w wielu hotelach.

Perfect location for touring in Boston.
Pros:

We had a great stay! Central location easy to walk to all the main tourist sites. The hotel staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean. Housekeeping came in daily for cleaning. Comfortable beds. Coffee shop in the lobby was very convenient for a quick breakfast.

Die Lage des Hotels war für mich perfekt, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr sauber, Alle Getränke und Chips, etc., waren inbegriffen. Ein Kühlschrank wird auf Wunsch zur Verfügung gestellt.

Das Zimmer war relativ klein und für diesen Preis hätte ich mir etwas mehr erwartet.

I enjoyed staying in this hotel because it was clean and comfortable in a very good location.
Pros:

We stayed here for one night and had no complaints. The staff was cheerful and efficient, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. I was pleased to have comfy slippers and a bathrobe and bottled water.

Cons:

I was only here for 1 night so didn’t have time to find anything that displeased me.
