Great location, in a good hotel, but a bit overrated.
Pros:

I arrived with high expectations, given the awards and strong press around the hotel. The lobby is indeed nice and modern, but beyond that, much of the property feels somewhat dated, particularly the corridors and the rooms.

As a frequent traveler, the 9.0 rating on Booking felt generous but what surprised me even more was the sheer number of perfect 10 scores. It does make one wonder what kind of hotels those guests are typically comparing it to.

- Excellent location, very convenient for exploring Boston
- Nice touch with complimentary snacks at the end of the day
- Spacious bathroom by European standards

Lovely hotel, but we wouldn’t book again simply because there is no hospitality offered in the room.
Pros:

They have a fabulous restaurant and the location is excellent

Cons:

They chose to take all coffee and tea and even complementary water facilities out the room requiring you to go downstairs to the lobby any time you want to drink.
They say that is to encourage socialising in the lobby.
The reality is, it’s in another cross cutting exercise.
Being able to make a cup of tea or coffee when you wake up early without having to go in a left and into the lobby in your dressing gown, or making a hot drink after a long day walking around in the cold weather in your room while you get ready for dinner - is part of the joy of going away.

Excelente opção em Boston, localização muito boa, quartos amplos e confortáveis. O hotel sempre disponibilizava chocolate quente, sucos e pipoca na recepção. O café anexo ao hotel também é muito bom.

Beautiful Place BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE! What a TEAM’
Pros:

lOVED immensely the men who parked my car they were sweetheart and so respectful! Also the bartender working that evening and most of all a lady with blonde hair at the front desk she had an accent and she was awesome to my mom and I. Everyone went above and beyond for us. The only bad part was traveling to higher levels because ours was broken. And the phones in the hallway were broken. But that’s it!

Cons:

I said it on previous paragraph. Bar could have stayed open a bit longer it closed early. We came from the theater and wanted a drink before bed.

Reasonable hotel in the heart of Boston.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was great, close to the heart of Boston and next to 2 metro lines and the Common. The service was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bar and lobby area lacked charm and atmosphere, a real shame given the architectural details in the ground floor lift area. The bar was also was very small.
