Awesome
Pros:

I was down there from Ga for my daughter in the Hospital, all was great, and Lee Lee was one of the ladies that went above and beyond expectations, also the rooms were clean , the whole staff was awesome, the cleaning crew; Poppy ; and of course Kaitlyn; and Eric yes I would recommend this stay to anyone , thank you Scottie from Ga

This hotel has went from 4 star ( 2025) to a zero star. Avoid this disaster

Staffing Issues
Pros:

The beds were comfortable

Cons:

They have big staffing issues
They couldn't keep up with the turn overs. As it turned out the front desk "cleaned" our room so we could check in. It wasn't clean but it was livable.
There was constant construction on the pool tile job. Which I guess was nice they kept it open but it wasn't very relaxing

Great location but needs more. Average, at best.
Pros:

Great location, only mere steps from the beach! The room also had a good sized refrigerator to store snacks, food, and drinks. Good water flow in the shower and the bed was comfortable. While it looked shabby, there were no bugs and the room was pretty clean. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Not enough parking spaces. The elevator doesn't work all the time which was a big issue for us as we have mobility issues. Even though they are "renovating," everything looks shabby and outdated, paint peeling, stained floors, broken or rotted baseboards, part of the pool area is torn up, and the outside desperately needs pressure washing. No extras, my husband had to beg for extra towels. No one tidied, made up the bed, or touched up the room during our stay.

So, so but overall a good stay

Beds were comfortable, great location, clean

Cons:

Bathroom needs some work. The handle fell off, the toilet seat was loose, grout was just nasty looking and the hot and cold water were opposite of what they should be. Therefore, the toilet water was hot, which isn't a big deal. The pool didn't look very clean either. Most of the time you can smell chlorine and you know it's clean.
