The air condition was loud and didn’t cool the room had to slam the door to get it to close sure the people next door was pissed when we cam back in the room at night .

Girls Trip
Pros:

This hotel is an absolute gem! The perfect location to start a Girls trip! The service was unparalleled, Leelee was professional and proactive, allowing us to enjoy the amenities (the fabulous pool) while we waited for our room to be ready. The staff was incredibly helpful with restaurant recommendations.

Our room was immaculate, clean and modern, spacious, offering a private balcony with a stunning view of the beach.

It was the perfect luxurious stay and we absolutely cannot wait to return, so much so, we'll be back next month!

Pros:

The pictures on the website are very deceiving! Our room had some newer features but overall it was not in good shape. The doors didn’t close in any of the spaces. The shower was gross and we opted for a swim in the pool instead of the shower since it was a quick visit and the shower did not look clean at all. We had no tv service even with the help of the clerk. The office staff was friendly and helpful and that is the only positive I can say.
