Good location, city center is a short walking distance! Friendly staff good service!
The staff is very helpful, polite and nice. For the price this place was beyond expectations, cleanliness ( I’m a former VIP hotel supervisor so I can tell when they are doing a great job) and they have parking ( which is rare in most hotels in the city ).
The hotel has a very cute terrace with a beautiful view of the city and the location is very convenient, Just 5 minutes walking to the famous “Callejón Del Beso”.
I would definitely stay here again!
El staff del hotel Es súper amable y cordial. Por el precio, este lugar superó mis expectativas. Cuentan con estacionamiento (lo cual no es común en la mayoría de los hoteles de la ciudad), la habitación estaba limpia ( trabajé en un hotel como supervisora VIP y puedo notar cuando realizan bien su trabajo).
El hotel tiene una terraza con una bella vista de la ciudad además de que solo se encuentra a 5 minutos -caminando - del famoso “Callejón del Beso”.
Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar Aquí en mi próxima visita a esta bella ciudad.

El hotel es bueno, lo unico que es muy dificil de encontrar, tardamos mucho tiempo en encontrarlo porque el mapa te manda a otras rutas que no son. Y luego la calle por donde nos ibanos del centro al hotel esta muy sola en la noche, da un poco de inseguridad pero afortunadamente no paso nada.
El primer día tuvimos 15 min de agua caliente. Les comentamos el problema y aún así el segundo día la misma situación. El estacionamiento es peligroso, ya que da al barranco y si se te va un poquito el carro te vas al abismo. La ubicación no esta a 10 minutos caminando como lo indica el hotel.
Se pasa mucho el ruido entre habitaciones. El baño olía a caño.

La ubicación del lugar está excelente, a unos pocos minutos del centro, estacionamiento disponible, hermosa vista, solo las sábanas olían raro, pero el lugar en si es muy bonito. Los colaboradores muy amables y siempre accesibles para cualquier consulta
Es un hermoso lugar. La única falla es su servicio. Un show estacionarte. Deberían aprovechar más todas sus áreas para hacer qu sus huéspedes se familiaricen con sus espacios. Nos dieron una hora en el que el restaurante estaba abierto para desayunar ahí, y no había nadie para atender. DESAPROVECHADO TOTALMENTE. Tienen una idea de ocupas algo tienes que subir a pedirlo, por ejemplo en el bar tampoco nunca hay nadie. En conclusión el espacio/hotel tiene potencial, pero muy desaprovechado.
La localización es complicada.

For the price this hotel is above expectations. It's not in the city center, but it's only about a 10 minute walk to one of the most popular tourist attractions, then a gondola ride, which is about $1 US, will put you right in the center. The room was clean and everyone was friendly. Shower water oscillates between scalding and freezing, but I've been told that's pretty normal even for higher end places.
If you don't mind spending more, staying in the city center is a better option. If you're willing to walk just a little more, this is a great value option.
