The staff here was wonderful! My flight was delayed, I missed my initial check in. They were accommodating and got me to graduation on time. The hotel is cozy and as a solo traveler I felt quite safe. Ohh...and the turn down of the bed with chocolate chip cookies... chef's kiss
We came here for my son’s college graduation. We were greeted with chilled champagne upon our arrival. The room was beautiful-spacious-decorated beautifully-the bathroom layout was modern and clean!
The bar/restaurant was really nice too. We sat inside one night and outside the other. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I like having the bar/restaurant right in the main part of the hotel so we do not feel stuck only in our room when visiting with family. They even have a little library room with comfy couches if you do not want to sit at the bar or go in the restaurant.
My son and I used the workout room which was really nice and clean. The pool was closed but it looked like it would be beautiful when opened.
We would highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

What truly sets The Grand apart is its phenomenal staff. Every single team member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff and restaurant servers, everyone exuded genuine kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, making us feel completely at home.
The accommodations were immaculate—elegantly designed, supremely comfortable, and filled with thoughtful touches. The on-site dining was nothing short of spectacular, with delicious, locally sourced cuisine and impeccable service. Every detail of our stay reflected the inn’s commitment to excellence.

Not worth the money. “breakfast” consisted on a box of fruit loops, do not answer phone, front desk always empty. Nice hotel very overpriced

When we arrived, there was no free water in the room, so we had to grab a mini fridge water as we were in a rush to head out.
The first night, our room lock locked us out when we tried to get in around midnight.
It took the night staff about 1.5 hours to resolve it.
The night staff was apologetic and promised she would let the manager know about this and make sure we are "taken care of" during this stay.
There was no "taken care of" - we were charged for the mini fridge water; there were no complimentary drinks or discount offered; the morning staff that checked us out did not acknowledge the incident - did not sympathize or apologize when we mentioned the incident and only said "yeah we try to keep the locks updated".
The morning staff also appeared clueless and unhelpful when we asked if there are areas to walk around for some nature or town nearby or short drive away.
I did not expect this level of bad service and communication for this price.
Pleasant place, large comfortable room with king bed, good service. Molton Brown products. 3 restaurants. In commercial area, not rural, no walking paths but nice for a stay near Manchester. We were there for only one night but would come back if in area.
The Bedford Village Inn is a comfortable property because it is thoughtfully designed and excellently maintained. It is a pleasure to stay at just such a location. Thx.
Room was so nice. The restaurants were great.
I'd give it 5 stars but, as a first time visitor, it was confusing. We followed the signs for the Inn, ended up carrying our bags up stairs and into a banquet hall, and found the front desk with a sign saying that the host was away and would be back in a few minutes. We waited for a long while before finally calling. That's when Noah told us that we were at the wrong Inn (there are two? We didn't book the Grand -- we booked the Bedford Village Inn). That meant carrying bags back down stairs and heading to the main grey building. Overall, it was one of the most unpleasant starts to a hotel visit that we've experienced. Noah helped a lot and was wonderful, and the rest of our stay was great. We may go back, but I definately wouldn't recommend the Inn to someone who didn't already know their way around. The frustration is a lot to get past.
