Great - excellent location, lovely food, charming and helpful staff, very comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Superb breakfast buffet - incredibly wide choice of options, all delicious.
Lovely restaurant/bar on the top floor - really good food, charming staff, spectacular views.

Cons:

• View from room was a brick wall, but it wasn't a big deal - I was out most of the time. In the rest of the hotel, the views are generally great and many of them are spectacular.
• Couldn't work out how to turn the bank of lights behind the bed headboard off - had to sleep with an eye mask on to block out the light. Would be great if the hotel could make this more obvious!
• It's easy to take the general white card (that sits in a dock by the door) out, thinking it's your room key. But it doesn't open the door, so you end up locking yourself out and then have to go down to reception to get a new door card.
