Hotel with good location and great staff
Pros:

I liked the location because it is on the main road, which is close to King's Palace. Boda Bodas are easily available. KFC and Oasis supershop are just opposite the hotel. Food including breakfast and dinner were good and tasty. Staffs were nice and helpful. Room was very spacious.

Cons:

No elevator. Room lighting was not enough. Towels were old and overall furture look outdated.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming😊 They treat guests well, they are very polite and treat people with respect🙏🏽

Cons:

The breakfast is not what I expected!! They need to put more effort into it.. There was no cereals, same food every day with minimal variety of food!

Housekeeping should invest more on whitening the sheets and towels. Maybe add bicarbonate of soda and vinegar to the soap to wash the sheets and towels to be white so that they can more palatable to use

I also didn’t like the fact that I had pay extra day which I was never informed about.. I checked in on the 4th in the early hours of the morning and the receptionist told us that they were going to pay from that day but to my surprise when we were checking out she told me that we have to pay from the 3rd😏

Best customer care
Pros:

We loved the experience as a couple. Having been at the hotel a few years back, we felt even better on our return. The receptionist lady was very friendly & deserves everything from management.

Cons:

Our only concern was with the very squeezed parking lot.

The staff was amazing however their check-out and payment processes were diabolical.
Pros:

The breakfast didnt have a lot of options - Like only boiled eggs and no scrambled eggs. also they didnt have different tea and juice options. so we had to alsways buy cooldrinks (coke).

Cons:

We made payment online before arrival and the hotel couldnt find our payment- this wasted an hour for us when we were checking out. In order for us to leave so we dont miss our flights back home We ended up paying again., only for the hotel to trace and find our payment 48 hours later. The hotel didnt have a manager onsite to assist, there was only a jnr receptionist who didnt have the capacity to assist us. I dont know what would have happened if we didnt have the moeny to pay. for this reason i will NEVER stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Pros:

I liked their breakfast and the overhead shower water pressure.

Cons:

Their mattresses have aged, the plumbing was bad, toilet couldn't flush. The receptionist at night was indifferent to say the least, the TV didn't work.
