I left the Tucson Anaheim area for a cheaper hotel room on a Saturday night. This room is just over a hundred bucks and it was in a very nice neighborhood next to downtown Brea. For Saturday night I think it's a good value for the area.

The accommodations are clean, and the staff is wonderful. The grounds are meticulously maintained. The rooms, furnishings, and overall building present a modern and appealing aesthetic. As a frequent guest due to my proximity to the location, I have consistently been impressed by the staff's warmth and hospitality. It truly feels like returning home when I am greeted by their friendly smiles.

On one occasion, a minor issue arose when my boyfriend's hair dye stained the towels and shower curtain. Upon being informed during my subsequent stay, I was quite embarrassed. However, the owner addressed the matter with remarkable understanding and kindness.

I highly recommend this establishment to everyone and often refer to it as The Regency Hotel, as it offers a superior experience compared to less reputable accommodations. This is a bare bones room. None of the little extras you get at a "hotel". No free ice (get your quarters ready!), no hair dryer provided, etc. BUT, the room was exceptionally clean and provided just what we needed.

Nice staff and new furniture. Loved the area around. But AC was sooo dusty and loud. Smelled bad.

Very clean

The room was modern and clean, but the bed was squeaky and the shower had some mold. Overall stay was okay.

Clean room, quite area

It took 20 minutes for someone to come check me in as she was on her cell phone talking in the back. The beds are horrible. Pillows were so bad. Towels had big holes in them, no hair dryer, no iron. Will never stay here again.

The staff was nice. Excellent price, but the interior is pretty basic and it had dirty walls and a there was hole in the bathroom wall. It was nice to have the mini fridge & microwave.

Our stay was good. Very close to the event venue we had scheduled for that evening.

The room updates were good. It was pleasant for the one night we needed.

Both night stand had ports for wife and I to each charge our devices. No need to share ports.

Bed was comfortable, bedding was crisp and clean. Only two pillows but both were sufficiently plump for a good night's rest.

Shower was clean and water ran hot right away. The towels could have been fluffier/thicker/newer but they worked.

Lastly, the room had an excellent mini fridge, a microwave, but no coffee maker. The coffee shop was a block away. An easy walk after checkout.

I was able to open the window and not have to turn A/C unit on.

Great for what it was. Don’t expect a lot! It is California!
