Walkable to town, friendly staff, clean.

The staff of this property is fantastic. The manager was able to accommodate special request after a long day of travel. The bartender and waitstaff took excellent care of me at the pool. Thank again!

Hotel under refurbishment, decking around pool not laid, restuarant not open, breakfast poor and cold, limited amount of sunbeds around pool not enough for the number of guests. Hot tub controlled by staff so could not adjust temperature without asking for it to be heated. Not in town as described a 15 minute walk. No hand rails very dangerous. Sunbeds squeezed so tightly together nearly touching each other, side tables at bottom of beds. Definitely not luxurious as described. Not allowed own drinks around pool area. Hot tub cover had seen better days. Couldn't open drawers in wardrobe as bedside tables blocking them from opening. Avoid !!!

I cannot recommend this place enough. I came with my boyfriend to celebrate his birthday and we got a room on the top floor that was brand new and had a spectacular view with the town of Skiathos being visible and also the mountain side. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful, especially both Katarina’s and Kelly, who are the ladies you encounter the most.
Every surface seemed to be cleaned daily so the whole place looked spotless and new. They even mop the floors outside. There is housekeeping daily which helped keep our room nice and clean. While we were there they were putting on a new deck in one section so they clearly keep up with maintenance and appearance. On our first day we messaged the hotel about the shower drain not working properly and the hot tub not being warm and within minutes we got a reply and everything was resolved that same day.
Breakfast was made relatively quickly in the morning once you came down.
The walk to town was very easy and roughly 10 minutes. There are a couple of bus stops that are also in walking distance, about the same length of time.

Room newly done to a very good standard. Pool and area very relaxing. All kept beautifully clean.
Breakfast delightful. Dinner good - orange cake a 'must'!
Staff exceptional - welcoming and helpful.
Close to shops, many restaurants and Port - taxi to door if required. Very short distance to airport.

Nice hotel with friendly staff a few minuits walk from Skiathos Town. Great breakfast and small but various and good dinner menue. Highly recommended.

Veldig hyggelige eiere i et nytt og flott hotel. Fine store rom og deilig frokost. Ligger stille og fredelig men bare noen få minutters gange til byen og havnen. Anbefales!

We only stayed here for one night as we were getting a connecting ferry to our final destination, Skopelos, the following day. The hotel was really clean, the bed was huge and really comfortable. We had breakfast in the morning which was also delicious. The hotel staff were really friendly, and really helpful, they even drove us down to the port to catch our ferry which was very sweet.

Modern, family run boutique hotel about 10 minutes walk from the port. Room was spacious and comfortable. The owners go the extra mile to look after their guests. Service was excellent.

I dont know what was VIP.. the room was very small. You coluld not even opent he bathroom door because it hit the sink. The sheets and blankets were like sandpaper. We had to pay to and from the hotel transfer. The breakfast was great but that was about it.

Great room. Breakfast by the pool was bliss. Short walk to restaurants and shopping but away from the noise. Lovely staff.

Very friendly hotel run by lovely husband and wife team who would do anything and everything to make your stay comfortable without being intrusive. Clean lovely rooms, good room service and plenty of space . Will be back!

The staff at this place are some of the nicest people I have ever met. They couldn’t do enough for you. The place was wonderful, just like you see on the pictures and the place was so clean. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel and would definitely stay there again. Thanks so much for an amazing stay.

Please make sure you either call for directions or map it out before you go. We used google maps on our phone and it took us through the narrow streets in the port town. The easiest way is just to follow the main road around.
What a great find! Stayed in a 2 bedroom/loft, tons of space. Room was very clean. Lots of shampoo/conditioners supplied.
Katerina went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Making sure our breakfast was made to our liking and making sure we had plenty to eat. We spent an afternoon having a few drinks to hide out a passing storm and she stayed to chat with us and got to know us.

The property is very convenient for the the town. The owners, Helen the receptionist and all the staff were very helpful and could not do enough for us. Skiathos is a lovely island and the Greek people are so friendly. The beaches are wonderful and not crowded at the time we went. I would definitely recommend your stay at Mystery Hotel.

Well run, smart, friendly boutique hotel on the edge of Skiathos town. Would definitely go back.
