Hotel très bien située et très calme . Proche du centre-ville et de l arrêt bus 12 pour les activités. Petit-déjeuner très copieux et variés. Je recommande cet établissement.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the bed was good, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was surprisingly very good.

Stayed for 4 days and was just a very lovely, welcoming and cozy hotel, feeling was very immaculate and staff couldn't have been any nicer, I wish I had gotten names but everyone at the front desk was extremely helpful and considerate, would love to stay again.

We stayed at Storm Hotel for 3 nights. Arrived early, and was offered early check in at a reasonable price which we accepted.
Staff friendly and helpful. Room on 4th floor was basic, but clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was lovely - continental offerings, which we enjoyed. Staff very quick to replenish items and clear away plates etc.
Very convenient location with bus stop 12 right outside - great for both getting the transfer buses to and from the airport, and for tours around the island.
Would definitely stay here again.

Clean hotel, good breakfast, nice staff. Handy for bus stop 12 for day trip pickups. Also handy for town centre.
We booked 2 rooms on floor 5 which all have a long shared balcony. On the website it says these rooms have robes, slippers and toiletries. We had 2 rooms on this floor. No robes or slippers and just an on the wall hand/body wash squeezy tube thing. Rather disappointing. They need to update their website to reflect this.

The hotel is basic and bed and breakfast only but spotless staff are very friendly and invaluable food was amazing, with more variety availability would have been better as breakfast was the same every day a fry up option would have been good or pancakes

The Storm Hotel was a great choice for our first visit to Iceland. The rooms were nice and cozy warm, great shower and very new furnishings. We slept very well. Breakfast was excellent with many choices andgreat service. Front desk was very friendly. Location was outstanding. Bus stop 12 is right outside front door where many tours pick up and also the shuttle to the main bus terminal. There are many restaurants in walking distance and the main downtown streets are also just five minutes away. Also just a short walk to the water where we viewed Northern lights.

- My room was spotless on arrival and the hotel always looked spotlessly clean.
(I cancelled my housekeeping service as I was hardly in my room and didn't need it)
- Great breakfast with a good choice of items to start the day.
- Helpful staff.
- Comfortable beds and pillows. I slept very well.

Storm Hotel provides everything you need to enjoy your stay and I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

I sadly didn't get to Happy Hour as I was always out.

The only negative for me was that it was slightly noisy due to staying at the front of the hotel and lots of people gathered outside for tour pick ups/drop offs.
There was some noise from other rooms/corridor, slamming doors and people talking loudly on phones.
I did expect this being in a hotel and brought my ear plugs to sleep :-)
It didn't spoil my trip and I would happily return.

This spot exceeded my expectations! So clean, staff were so friendly, very convenient location to walk downtown but also if you’re relying on bus tours, the stop was across the hotel. I also cannot compliment the breakfast enough - so so good! Would recommend this stay to everyone and I normally never write reviews.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel and the staff. Bo and Susana at the front desk solved problems for us quickly and efficiently. Great location. Right across from the bus stop where the tours pick you up. Good breakfast. We were allowed early check-in after a long flight. Great experience!

Fabulous Hotel in a great position for getting out and about. Very friendly helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble for them.
My only “issue” was the rooms were ridiculously hot at night slightly upsetting y sleep

Storm hotel was perfect for our trip. Spotlessly clean from the reception area to our room. The room was well equipped with tea/coffee facility really useful and it was nice & warm. The breakfast was really good, lots of choice & always re-filled as soon as anything was low. It gave us a perfect start to the day. Location was good too being just a short walk to the centre of Reykjavik and lots of places to eat nearby.
