除了房間很小外，房內乾淨舒適，工作人員服務好，靠近碼頭、市區，散步逛街都方便；住別館得自己找地方停車，碼頭停車場停車費無最高上限，要到另一頭停車場有分早晚時段最高上限(諷刺的是靠近本館的專屬停車場)。

這是住晶澤別館大致上都很喜歡,下次有機會還會再來！
Pros:

地點位子很讚,下面就是老街可以隨時買東西來吃,而且樓下賣紅茶的老闆娘很親切,不知道位子在哪,她都很有耐心告訴我們！早餐也很好吃,連住兩天的菜色都不一樣,很讚👍🏻😆

Cons:

廁所玻璃有一些地方從外面看還是看得到,建議可以貼起來,會比較有隱私一點

每次來日月潭必住之地。
Pros:

早餐非常非常美味，即使因為颱風天來客數不足而沒有自助早餐，但飯店仍準備套餐式中式或西式早餐供選擇，還有半自助的沙拉吧、水果、咖啡、牛奶、果汁等飲品，我們點的西式早餐非常好吃、高級、CP值超高！大推！

Cons:

浴室熱水器會忽然變很熱，幾秒後又恢復正常。這次少了停車的服務。

Our one night stay in Sun Moon Lake.
Pros:

Positives

1. The hotel is located just on the banks of the Sun Moon Lake. Awesome location. You need to be sure in which Island you are making the reservation.This hotel is located in Island, 03 of Yuchi.
2. The staff at the reception was super helpful. She was fluent in English and understood our requirements.
3. The food at the Breakfast was exceptional. As we are vegetarians, we got plenty of options including salads and fruits. We had a hearty meal.
4. The room provided had a large bed.
5. The room was neat and clean.


Negatives

1. The room provided was in a different property and not in the main building. The property seemed like an apartment.
2. The wash basin was not inside the bathroom. It was inside the main bed room.
3. The bathing area and the loo were not in a separate room. These were just glass cabins within the main bedroom, covered with curtains. This was a huge let down. Please ensure to recheck the room before booking, so that you don't get any last minute surprises.
4. There was no separate space or cabin provided for luggage. We had to use the floor for storing our luggage.

Great place if you want to visit moon lake.
Pros:

Location was great just couples steps away from the lake.

Cons:

Difficult to find the address for foreigners. Needs to have a bigger hotel sign.

Overall a good value, although it was not quite up to our expectations. Crystal Resort is better.
Pros:

Breakfast was fair, but they need some international food offerings.

We enjoyed the location and the basic amenties
Pros:

The room was comfortable enough, with a good bed and adequate space. Place is clean and location is good. It was a little difficult for us to locate the address though, as it is accessed via a tea shop with no clear signage. We were thankful for helpful locals who pointed us in the right direction.

Cons:

The room was a little small on space... and the construction of the toilet and bath areas are just too unconventional for hotel rooms to enjoy a good bath and cleanup
