would recommend to others!
Pros:

very lovely and helpful staff , gave us tips and made sure we had everything we needed.
rooms were comfy and had all necessities

Cons:

could do with some updating eg. toilet handle was loose

Cons:

Our bus was late, it is in a super dodgy area. We arrived at 1am at the hotel and it was shut. We had to find a hotel in the middle of the night. In this area where we definitely didn't feel safe.

Pros:

El sitio es limpio,muy bueno para su precio, pero dos cosas: 1- La entrada es compleja, es en un tercer piso, sin ascensor 2- Está ubicado en el centro de Armenia, no se recomienda llegar a pie después de las 7 pm...De resto recomendado

Hotel para pasar la noche y nada mas
Pros:

El hotel esta bien con respecto al precio. La zona evidencia muchos habitantes de la calle en horas de la noche, por lo cual no es una buena zona para caminar. Se deben mejorar las sabanas.

Sorpresas cuando reservas por internet.

Al reservar por internet puede ocurrir que lo que muestran en las fotos se vea mejor a la realidad, se que por ser una tarifa economica no era un hotel super, sin embargo cuando pregunte sobre la zona me dijeron que era buena, la verdad me asusto mucho la zona, llegamos de noche y con un niño, estuve a punto de cancelar. Las habitacioanes son amplias y comodas, pero realmente el hotel tanto por fuera como por dentro esta bastante deteriorado.
