Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal an der Rezeption, auch in den Abendstunden. Immer per WhatsApp erreichbar gewesen, schnelle Antwort innerhalb weniger Minuten :)

Ich muss ein großes Lob an dieses Hotel aussprechen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht und wirklich jederzeit verfügbar. Auf Wünsche wurde sofort eingegangen und jederzeit unterstützt. Dieses Hotel hat 5 Sterne verdient. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Besonderes Lob an Raphael, der uns jederzeit eine Hilfe war.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. War ein angenehmes und ruhiges Hotel.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war ziemlich klein mit wenig Auswahl. Die Sauberkeit am Zimmer war ok. Das Spannleintuch wurde kein einziges Mal gewechselt, hat mir nicht so gut gefallen (9 Tage Aufenthalt). Pool Benutzung ist leider nur bis 20 Uhr möglich, was ich sehr schade gefunden habe. Die Gegend ist auf jeden Fall eher was für Jugendliche, viel Party! Ziemlich laut. Menschen die nicht wissen wie man sich anständig kleidet!!

The Hotel offers a very good breakfast. You can seat outside near the pool - Really enjoyed it.
Also the pool area is quite nice and the staff very friendly. The hotel is near the beach and the main party road. Sometimes you can hear it at night a little.
