Великолепный отель с большой ухоженной территорией, все на высшем уровне! Прекрасный, чистый номер, мебель новая. Персонал очень дружелюбный. Особенно хотелось поблагодарить менеджера отеля мистера Эркана - сделал наше проживание еще более комфортным, помогал по всем вопросам. Еда вкусная и разнообразная. Нам очень понравилось, вернемся еще ❤️

Otel konum ve olanaklar olarak çok iyi.
Pros:

Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve otel konum olarak havaalanına 14 dk mesafe. Tesisin günlük eğlence programları, havuzu ve kendine ait plajı olması çok iyiydi. Ayrıca her alanda bulunan barlar sıcakta serinlemek için çok iyiydi.

Cons:

Her şey dahil otel olduğu için sürekli yemek bulunuyordu ve yemekler lezzetli. Ancak deniz ürünleri çeşiti Kızıldeniz’e göre yetersizdi.

ادهم و ماري في الاستقبال جداً متعاونين و دايما مبتسمين
و استقبالهم رائع شكرا جزيلا لهم

المطاعم كلها بتفتح و تقفل نفس الوقت و بعد 10 مافي اكل حتى روم سيرفس لا يوجد
يعني انا ما نتبهت للوقت و راح عليا الوقت
كنت حاجزه في الايطالي 9:15 و اتاخر رحت 9:20 للاسف المطعم قفل و لم يتم استقبالي و رحت المطعم الرئيسي الين اوصل بسبب بعد المكان عن بعض وصلت 9:30 برضوا لم يتم استقبالي و لايوجد روم سيرفيس يعني كيف اقضي باقي يومي جيعانه؟؟؟؟ فقط بار و مشروبات و السناكات ساندوشتات بارده!!!

لولا مساعدة مستر ادهم في الاستقبال و طلبلي من ماكدونالدز لا نمنا بدون عشاء

و المكان جدا كبير و الاماكن بعيده عن بعض ولا يوجد قولف كار للتنقل
الموظفين خدمتهم ماشي حالها عددد الموظفين اقل من النزلاء و هادا شي سبب انه الستاف يتعاملو بطفش و تعب من كثر الطلبات

لايوجد شاطي للاسف ولا سباحه في البحر بسبب الامواج و الشاطئ مليان حجر و طحالب

النظافه ماشي حالها
عموما لن تتكرر الزياره للفندق ابداً و شكرا

Balayı tatili için geldik ve hiç pişman olmadık harikaydı

I liked the hotel compaund. It was very beautiful and in the evening the lights were really lovely. Liked the food in different restaurants.

Lovely family hotel
Pros:

The hotel was great, it had great facilities and entertainment. We stayed in a family room it was very spacious and comfortable. The room cleaning was really good. The pools, aqua park and beach were all really well looked after. The À la carte restaurants were good, Italian being the best one, we didn’t really like the Egyptian one. The snack bar by the sea is fantastic with menus and table service. A big thank you the The hotel vice manager Erkan bey who was very hospitable. I definitely recommend this hotel to families.

Cons:

The only think I can say is: as I am Turkish I have very high standards when it comes to taste, sometimes it was a bit hard to find a dish for my liking at the restaurant as it was catering for many different cuisines at once this is understandable.
