Pros:

Very good food especially if you like libanese/Turkish/Egyptian food (chicken, lamb kofta, shawarma...). Restaurant service is good with a special mention to Ramadan who has been Great to us to provide us whatever we needed at the table for lunch or dinner once picked up things at the buffet. Great pools and water park for my kids (6 and 9 years old) with the right temperature (heated pool, weather was 26 degrees when I was there).
Tennis and pickelball courts are great with a good booking system. Kareem is a great tennis coach and a very nice guy.
Mohammed the life guard at waterpark is such a nice person for who safety is very important and he was always looking after my kids.
The cleaner was doing a very good job (sorry that I don't know his name).
The beach is beautiful, it can be difficult to enter given the rocks so would probably advise to have plastic shoes, otherwise you can walk on the well installed shore to swim with a good water depth and enjoy watching all sorts of fish with goggles.
Kids didn't go to kids club but it looks nice.
Proximity to the airport is also something with noticing.
The only thing which is not great is the quality of alcohol, which is a bit expected in an all inclusive, but it didn't bother me as I don't drink much.
I would definitely go back there if I find flight tickets that are not too expensive.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our experience. The facilities were excellent, beautifully maintained, and created a truly relaxing atmosphere. The hotel kindly extended our check-out time until 6:00 PM, which was a great convenience for us and showed their genuine care for guests.

The sea was stunning, full of colorful coral and fish, making it a fantastic experience even just for swimming and enjoying the view. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options that suited every taste, and each meal felt fresh and well-prepared.

Most importantly, the staff were exceptional — always attentive, friendly, and smiling. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made us feel truly welcomed and valued throughout our stay

Oda temizliği özensizdi. Son gecemizde odamızı temizlemeye dahi gelmediler. Yemekte içecek sipariş etmek için garson bulmak çok zor. Sipariş verdiğinizde de çok geç geliyor. Yemekler çeşitli ancak her gün aynı çeşitler var. 6 gün boyunca aynı yemekleri yedik. Balayı için gittiğimizi belirtmemize rağmen odamızda bununla ilgili hiçbir şey yoktu. Küçük bir jest beklerdik hayal kırıklığına uğradık. Animasyon zayıftı. Kokteyller oldukça kötüydü. Yalnızca coffee house’taki kokteyller güzeldi. Personeller genel olarak eğitimsiz ve laubali. Bahçıvan farsça laf attı ve çok rahatsız oldum.
