Hotel byl naprosto krásný, všude čisto, zahrady plné květin, veliká pláž s molem. V pokoji čerstve ovoce, čokolády. Vynikající jídlo s obrovským výběrem, na všem jsme si pochutnali. Gastronomie na top úrovni! Využili jsme italské ala carte, kde nám též velice chutnalo. Zaměstnanci úžasní, milí, hotel je opravdu na vysoké úrovni. Pokoj byl útulný a čistý, denně doplňovaná voda, plny minibar s něčím na zub-sice za příplatek, ale někdy se to hodí. Na všech barech výborné drinky, šampaňské, pivo, vše nač si vzpomenete. Kazdy večer zábavní program. A super tobogany pro děti. Celý komplex nabízí opravdu vše, nač si vzpomenete. Využili jsme nabídku potápění a byl to neskutečný zážitek!

Wir hatten einen rundum wundervollen Aufenthalt! Die gesamte Anlage ist super schön und sehr gepflegt. Das Hotel ist herrlich gestaltet, die Zimmer sind toll ausgestattet und immer absolut sauber. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl.

Das gesamte Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr aufmerksam. Jeder Wunsch wird einem förmlich von den Augen abgelesen – immer nett, höflich und hilfsbereit.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Mohamed Abdelstrar von der Rezeption. Er kümmert sich wirklich um alle Belange, ist unglaublich freundlich und sehr höflich – ein toller Mann, der einen großartigen Job macht!

Das Essensbuffet ist hervorragend mit einer riesigen Auswahl – hier findet wirklich jeder etwas. Besonders begeistert hat uns das Live-Cooking. Auch die mehreren beheizten Pools sind ein großes Plus und laden jederzeit zum Entspannen ein.
Sehr viel Sport und Aktivität geboten
Abends die Shows sind ein absolutes Highlight
Der Coffee Tower herrlich zum entspannen und zum Überblick behalten.

Wir haben als Familie hier Urlaub gemacht und hatten eine fantastische Zeit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Upon arrival we immediately got an upgrade to a way bigger room. The room was always clean and staff made sure we had fresh towels and all we needed. The staff was really friendly and the food absolutely amazing! And best of all the entertainment team <3

We went to another 5* hotel in Sharm (Jaz Sharm Dreams), which was a shit hotel. If Jaz Sharm Dreams is a 5* then Magic Life is minimum a 10* hotel!
We would love to come again, but sadly the hotel is a bit above our budget.

4 yaşında kızımla ailecek gittik ve çok memnun kaldık. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve ilgili, gece çok geç saatte giriş yaptık ama bize o saatte 2 oda gezdirdiler beğendiğimizi seçtik. Otelin her yeri tertemiz, yemekler çok iyi, Mısır’da başka bir otelde aç kalmıştık (İlker Şef etkisi, çok teşekkürler kendisine hem yemekler hem de nazik muhabbeti için)
Akşam eğlenceleri güzeldi, şarkı ve dans gösterileri oldu. Havuzlar biz gittiğimizde ısıtmalıydı çok rahat ettik. Deniz kıyıda her zaman temiz değil gelgit var bir kere gittik çok çamurluydu deniz çekilmişti, sonra gittiğimizde tertemizdi. Eşim iskeleden girip biraz daldı ve inanılmaz beğenmiş suyun altında başka bir dünya var:)
Genel müdür yard Erkan beye özellikle çok teşekkür ederim, kendisi sık sık gezip ekipleri denetliyordu, her gördüğünde bize selam verdi, isteğimiz sıkıntımız olup olmadığını sordu, bir durum olduğunda kendisini arayabildik, ilgisi için teşekkür ederiz.
Kasım ayında bir daha daha uzun gelmeyi düşünüyoruz:)

Very good food especially if you like libanese/Turkish/Egyptian food (chicken, lamb kofta, shawarma...). Restaurant service is good with a special mention to Ramadan who has been Great to us to provide us whatever we needed at the table for lunch or dinner once picked up things at the buffet. Great pools and water park for my kids (6 and 9 years old) with the right temperature (heated pool, weather was 26 degrees when I was there).
Tennis and pickelball courts are great with a good booking system. Kareem is a great tennis coach and a very nice guy.
Mohammed the life guard at waterpark is such a nice person for who safety is very important and he was always looking after my kids.
The cleaner was doing a very good job (sorry that I don't know his name).
The beach is beautiful, it can be difficult to enter given the rocks so would probably advise to have plastic shoes, otherwise you can walk on the well installed shore to swim with a good water depth and enjoy watching all sorts of fish with goggles.
Kids didn't go to kids club but it looks nice.
Proximity to the airport is also something with noticing.
The only thing which is not great is the quality of alcohol, which is a bit expected in an all inclusive, but it didn't bother me as I don't drink much.
I would definitely go back there if I find flight tickets that are not too expensive.
