Lovely family hotel
Pros:

The hotel was great, it had great facilities and entertainment. We stayed in a family room it was very spacious and comfortable. The room cleaning was really good. The pools, aqua park and beach were all really well looked after. The À la carte restaurants were good, Italian being the best one, we didn’t really like the Egyptian one. The snack bar by the sea is fantastic with menus and table service. A big thank you the The hotel vice manager Erkan bey who was very hospitable. I definitely recommend this hotel to families.

Cons:

The only think I can say is: as I am Turkish I have very high standards when it comes to taste, sometimes it was a bit hard to find a dish for my liking at the restaurant as it was catering for many different cuisines at once this is understandable.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family. The front office staff, starting not only from Bellman Taha & Abo Elmgd but also the reception Ibram & Moaz, are truly the heart of this hotel. Special shoutout to Sobhy and his lovely smile! They go above and beyond to make your stay special.

Everything was beautiful and wonderful, especially from Tamer ...the warm welcome and hospitality from him, really what a well-qualified & highly educated man, his entire team...most awesome stuff I had met

The cute lady Alona , constantly making rounds to ensure that everything is okay.

Rooms & Cleanliness,
The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. The housekeepers work tirelessly, and the entire resort is kept immaculate—ten stars for cleanliness!

Great trip
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely attentive and helpful. The food was very good and well suited to Turkish tastes. The Italian and Middle Eastern à la carte restaurants were also very enjoyable.

Я бы дала 8 из 10 за неприятный контенгент и детские развлечения .
Pros:

Хорошие люди в обслуживании. Улыбчивые, приветливые и культурные. Чисто в комнатах и на территории . Ухоженный сад

Детские развлечения по вечерам для детей не понравились . Видно что люди просто получают зарплату и это не их призвание. Моим детям не понравилась. Очень много немцев и прочих косо смотоящих, каких-то сумасшедших хорватов, создающих неприятные ситуации. Один орал как резанный , когда мой ребенок нечаянно задел его, проходя мимо в столовой в суматохе. Другой чокнутый двигал мой шезлонг подальше от их величества . Все как бы пышет любовью именно к европейцам, основной ориентир на них все детские забавы на английском или немецком специально для них прикреплен аниматор на немецком и игры тоже сугубо их. Одним словом русофобия там процветает . Не приятно.
Для детей 5-6-7 лет как такового бассеина нет
Есть детский с одной горкой и водой по щиколотку. Второй только аквапарк в котором нельзя находится , съехать с горки и дальше пора вылазить, чтобы дать место другим съезжающим . Как раз там подходящая глубина 120 , но там не дают играть детям . Далее идет бассеин 150 глубина. Семейный там плавать можно . Но приходится смотреть за детьми ежесекундно, так как они не достают до дна . Особо не расслабишься ...
До обеда был всегда красный флаг . Это не бухта, течение сильное . После обеда и до 17 можно плавать было 6 раз из 10 дней
