Das Essen ist gut, die Auswahl ist gross, jedoch praktisch jeden Tag das selbe. Frisch gekocht. Sehr grosses Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmer okay, Grösse gut.

Cons:

Es ist noch nicht ganz Magic Life Standard, aber auf dem besten Weg dazu. Leider war das Amphitheater geschlossen, die Shows waren im Innenhof, Sicht leider nicht gut dort. Die Tänzer hat man kaum gesehen - je nach Sitzplatz

Great hotel with exceptional staff
Pros:

Lovely complex with amazing staff

Just returned from my visit to Redsina Sharm

The complex has everything on it that you need, plenty options for bars & restaurants to choose from.

The staff are one of the main highlights in my opinion of this resort, they are truly unbelievable and are so friendly and helpful and always smiling and want to assist you however they can, Big shout out to sobhy & Amr from reception.


The Hotel Manager appeared behind the staff and introduced himself and just wanted to take the time to personally thank me for my custom and asked if everything was good with my stay which I advised 100% happy and I would be back for again for sure.

Thought it was a nice touch from him to have a quick personal chat with me before I departed.
Overall I would highly recommend this hotel .

Huseyin from the entertainment team really what a nice guy.

The lovely girl Alona in the guest service office is very cute with a babe face.

The food was great , big thank you to the chef Ilker

Rabab at the restaurant, what an active lady with professional performance.

well equipped Health club.

The room was cleaned well daily with an amazing view.

Finally , We have never had an All Inclusive & excellent service experience like this!

Really it exceeds our previous experience in Magic Life Kalawy in Hurghada
