I don’t come back again.
Pros:

Everything was cleaned, good food.

Cons:

The staff - most of them try to support us. But one manager He was constantly rude, pretending not to understand or simply showing no desire to help. Yes, sometimes one person can ruin an entire vacation. His name is Figo. When I told him that I would definitely leave a review about my stay and his behavior, he just laughed in my face and said that he couldn’t care less about the review—or whether I ever returned or not.

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön. Wir haben uns bis auf die Fliegen sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

VonJahr zuJahr gibt esimmer mehr Fliegen. Wir haben Fliegenklatschen mitgenommen , haben die Fenster geschlossen gehalten, was nur wenig half. Es gibt keine Vögel auf der Anlage, da sie von den vielen Katzen keine Chance haben. Und die Katzen fressen alle Vögel, natürliche Feinde der Fliegen auf. Es ist ein großes Ärgernis, über das sich viele Gäste im Gespräch beschweren. Eine Maßnahme seitens des Managements ist nicht erkennbar.

Un souvenir éternel, repas excellents
Pros:

Belle chambre grande et très propre (Merci pour les petits animaux en serviettes de bain 😚). Douche à l'italienne et plein de petits produits d'accueil en cadeau (à découvrir).
Nourriture excellentissime ❤️ : plats savoureux, faits sous vos yeux. Qualité exceptionnelle (ex : filet de bœuf mamamia 👍, crevettes grillées minutes, gigot de 7 heures fondant... Et une baguette de pain digne de grands boulangers français. Nous avions toujours hâte de découvrir le prochain repas car les thèmes changeaient à chaque fois) *****.
Piscine relax au calme, idéale pour être tranquille.
Piscine centrale animée au top.
Les bars sont pratiques, rapides et efficaces.
Accès par ponton au joli reef. Belle plage de sable et des transats pour tout le monde.

Pas de récif sur la plage.
Pas d'ascenseur pour accéder aux chambres à l'étage.

My mum, her partner and I spent 10 unforgettable days at MAGIC LIFE Kalawy and honestly, none of us wanted to leave.

From the very first moment, we felt incredibly welcome and cared for. The resort itself is beautiful, but what truly makes this place so special are the people ✨

My mum celebrated her birthday during our stay and the team made this day more beautiful and memorable than we could ever have imagined. Seeing her so happy meant everything to me, and this is a memory we will carry in our hearts for a very long time ♾️

A very special thank you to the entire Entertainment Team, all the dancers, the wonderful Guest Service Team, the waiters, housekeeping, the managers and every single person working behind the scenes.

Thank you for every smile, every conversation, every laugh, the amazing energy, the little surprises and all those small gestures that may seem ordinary to you but can mean so much to a guest 🙏🏼
