Pros:

The surrounding area is awesome—very nice sunrise scene.

Cons:

Poor breakfast. It was vegan only, the amount of food on the Swedish tables was for 3ish people, while there was at least 7-8 in the hotel.
The restaurant was closed.

Alles war schön und gut, tolle Gegend!
Pros:

Die Lage ist ausserhalb, das weiß man, wenn man bucht. Für Wanderer oder Skifahrer prima, die Aussicht auf die Berge ist ein Traum.
Ich bat um ein Zimmer mit Holztür und nicht mit Glastür, es hatte dann keinen Balkon, aber tolle große Fenster mit Superaussicht. Das Zimmer (Nr. 02) war sehr groß, mit "Küche", tollem Sofa, Schreibtisch und gemütlichem Doppelbett.
Warum die Dusche so niedrig angebracht ist, sodaß man sie nur per Hand benutzen kann, verstehe ich nicht, eine Trennwand gab es. Wir haben uns die eine Nacht sehr wohl gefühlt. Hatte mich auch gut eingelesen. Alles Nötige hatten wir dabei ;-) Frühstück: war auch alles da, sogar ein Nichtveganer oder -vegetarier konnte sich laben. Der Tee war lecker. Wenig Gäste an dem Tag.
Anmerkung: Die Ammenegger Stuba müsste statt Berghotel Fetz aufgenommen werden, was es nicht mehr gibt, dafür ist die Stuba in 7 min. mit dem Auto erreichbar und spitze mit schöner Terrasse und toller Sicht nach Dornbirn! Die Bäckerei Fetz gibts in Schwarzenberg auch nicht mehr, aber die Bäckerei Mangold in Bersbuch ist lecker und gut mit Dinkelgebäck ausgestattet, mit viel Platz im Freien. Es spricht die Bregenzer Wald Kennerin...

Komfortables, schönes Hotel.
Pros:

Nach einem langen, anstrengenden Wandertag kamen wir abends ins Hotel, wo für uns ein Umschlag mit dem ZimmerSchlüssel hinterlegt worden war. Es war niemand anwesend. Das große, gemütliche Zimmer haben wir nicht genutzt, als wir feststellen mussten, dass es dort kein Abendessen gibt und auch in der näheren, zu Fuß erreichbaren Umgebung nicht. Daraufhin telefonierten wir mit dem Besitzer und konnten nach viel Hin und her und Schriftverkehr stornieren. Der Besitzer hat uns dennoch 50 € berechnet, die wir am Tresen hinterlassen haben.

Cons:

Für Wanderer wäre ein Hinweis dringend nötig gewesen, dass es weder im Hotel noch in der Umgegend abends etwas zu essen gibt. Wenn wir das gewusst hätten, hätten wir natürlich nicht dort gebucht.
Dass der ansonsten freundliche Besitzer uns noch 50 € abgenommen hat, hat uns geärgert, war aber nicht zu ändern.

es ist eher die zweite Wahl

tolle Lage, tolle Sicht, eigentlich sehr chic mit Wohlfühlcharakter und schöne Sicht

Cons:

an mehreren Stellen unsauber, keinerlei Zimmerservice, langweiliges Frühstück, schlechte Kommunikation des Personals untereinander, schwierige Kommunikation mit dem Personal

Pros:

etwas oberhalb von Dornbirn (ca. 12 Autominuten) am Bödele mitten in der Natur - wer das liebt (so wie ich) ist hier super aufgehoben. Abends nach dem Arbeiten noch ein Almspaziergang - das hat man nicht überall....
Service und Frühstück sehr gut, obwohl ich weder vegan noch vegetarisch bin

Der Lupinienkaffee ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, es wäre schön gewesen, wenn es auch einen normalen Kaffee gegeben hätte.
