leider oftmals unfreundlicher Service, außer das Reinigungsteam und Restaurant Service. Rezeption war oft angehalten und nicht sehr freundlich - als wir gestört hätten :-)
Auch finde ich es sehr billig, wenn im 4 Sterne Hotel Duschgel und Shampoo aus einer Flasche sind - und kein Conditioner vorhanden ist.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt für Genießer!
Pros:

Wir waren zum Skifahren dort, das Hotel ist zentral gelegen mit einer Haltestelle für den Skibus direkt vor der Tür. Das Hotel selbst ließ kaum Wünsche offen, unser Zimmer (danke für das Upgrade!), der Wellnessbereich, Frühstück und Abendessen waren großartig. Vielen Dank auch dem freundlichen Personal! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

Bei dem Preis wäre ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer schön gewesen (auf Nachfrage haben wir aber einen bekommen) ebenso wie inkludierte Getränke bei der Nachmittagsjause (z.B. Kaffee oder Wasser). Ansonsten war alles sehr gut.

Wohlfühlhotel
Pros:

Ein wundervolles Hotel, wir waren absolut begeistert. Wer unbeschwerte Urlaubstage in einem sehr gepflegten Wohlfühlambiente verbringen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Einmal angekommen, möchte man das Hotel am liebsten gar nicht mehr verlassen. Der Wellnessbereich ist unglaublich schön und hochwertig angelegt, auf den Bildern kann man dies nur erahnen. Das Personal ist sehr professionell und freundlich. Die Seilbahn zum Skigebiet erreicht man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Dieses Hotel können wir ohne jede Einschränkung weiterempfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
