Buena ubicación y calidad del colchón y de las almohadas. El aire acondicionado trabaja bien. El agua caliente logra buena temperatura.
El servicio del personal muy deficiente, poco se esforzaron por brindar una buena experiencia. El tamaño de la habitación es muy pequeño y no es cómodo ni siquiera para una sola persona. Las políticas de check-in y check-out son más rígidas que las de una cadena multinacional y no son capaces de flexibilizar un poco las mismas en beneficio del cliente!
El lugar es muy limpio y está muy bien manejado. La cama era cómoda, el baño estaba bien limpio y todo estaba en orden. El personal fue lo máximo: muy amables, serviciales, dispuestos a ayudar con informaciones.
Me pareció un poco oscuro. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, aunque cómodas. Se siente mucho el ruido de las discotecas afuera.

Muy poco empatico algunos del personal de la recepción. Falta más y lo pueden dar

Para los que estuvieron en la recepción, los clientes no son lo importante y se hicieron esperar para hacer el check in. Y eso que llegamos a las 11 de la noche y se les aviso que ivamos en camino.

El hotel es promocionado como un hotel boutique. En realidad es un hotel de paso. Las habitaciones son encerradas, sin luz natural, sin ventanas, no hay ningún servicio de descanso o relax, el restaurante es una cafetería oscura sin ningún confort.
Deberian elmiminar la palabra "boutique" del nombre del hotel, por que no es realmente un hotel boutique
I am very surprised that this hotel has actually high speed internet. I detected up to 200 Mbit download / upload, which most 5 star hotels in Colombia can't offer.
This hotel is located very close to the airport. With a taxi it will take you 3-5 minutes depends on traffic. Walking from airport to hotel takes around 20 minutes.
The room is a decent size and has TV.
However, I wonder why this hotel is a 4 star hotel, there is no fitness, pool, or any other activity to do in the hotel. There is just a room with a shower and a TV.
The receptionist and staff in general were super friendly despite they could not speak English at all.
There are some issues with this hotel.
- Breakfast was simple, just eggs with toast bread, or toast with cheese and ham. That is very boring breakfast as many other guest has reported this to hotel.
- Staff doesn't speak English.
- TV channel quality is very poor.
- The quality of the room is extremely low.
- Noise isolation is bad, it feels like that there is no door, since I can hear everything from the hallway. This is a big problem when it is new year, all outside fireworks, can clearly be heard in room, since the air gap from door is 3 cm and pointed directly outside.
- Many Mosquitos in the breakfast area and in the room.
- Staff does not speak English.
- This is not a 4 star hotel, I don't know why booking.com think this is a 4 star hotel, all other websites confirm that this is a 3 star hotel
This is not a hotel that I enjoy my stay, and I would not come back.
To be fair, I would rate this hotel 5 out of 10 stars, since this hotel is not good and not super bad.
