We had a great time exploring Fremantle and Perth and this was a lovely base for our stay.
Pros:

Spacious and clean. Very comfortable beds. Well located in Fremantle within walking distance of harbour, beach, restaurants and shopping. Large balcony. It was great to have some toiletries and coffee, tea etc supplies as we had arrived from overseas. Information provided was helpful and accurate.

Cons:

Kitchen could have more crockery but we were intending to eat out mostly anyway. The pool was cold and access via car park did not inspire us to make much use of it.

Absolutely perfect
Pros:

This was the best place I have stayed in a long time. The property was clean. Rooms were spacious. Beds were comfortable.
The location was perfect As it was close to everything. Definitely worth every penny.

Good central area but expensive for what it was
Pros:

It was in a good central position for the centre, harbour, restaurants- no car would be needed while staying here.

Cons:

Could be a stunning apartment as very large and airy however, the decor is very tired and there was a stale smell. Would benefit from a deep clean or replacing carpets and bathroom tiles. A lot of mosquitoes so take spray.

Pros:

Great size unit for 4 people. The location was great easy to walk to tourist spots, food and drinks.

Cons:

Under building parking whilst great to have, just tight spots to get into.

Pros:

Location was great. Apartments were spacious

Cons:

The aircon in the bedrooms didn’t work. Instead of listening to us and understanding it wasn’t working, Maintnence played around with settings and didn’t actually fix anything so we continued to have no aircon in the rooms during our very hot Feb stay.

Bathroom door broken and unable to close
Water damaged mouldy skirting in bedroom
Found nail clippings on bed side table
Overall room is very run down and needs alot of maintenance to be worth what is being charged

Overall, we were very happy with the accommodation that exceeded our expectations
Pros:

Great location and very comfortable accommodation

Cons:

The car park is quite tricky as there are a lot of instructions and getting the car in and out is quite an ordeal with the car lift.

Huge apartment, excellent location.
Pros:

It was huge, great space for two single people and an extra couple who were there for two of our five nights. Bathrooms were great, third toilet was a bonus. Loved the seperate laundry with clothes airer and huge balcony to dry clothes, no dirty washing to bring home. Amazing location, great bar restaurant next door and a couple of minutes walk to Coles, Target and Freo station. Short walk to shops, bars, restaurants, cafes (two a couple of doors up)Bathers Beach, Freo Market and Freo Prison. Bottleshop opposite apartments. For the location, was quiet. Great pool area.

Cons:

Bought a couple of fans as it took a day for us to realise aircon control was in hallway to laundry outside third toilet. That’s on us though. Worked great once we found it. No top sheets on beds if you sleep hot. We just bought a couple from Target and left them there.

All gym facilities were broken and out of order,
Spa had tiles missing and out of order,
Balcony glass of unit was dirty hindering view of fremantle-was told too hard to clean,
Elevator broke with 3 days of our stay left which my mother could not use the stairs well so she stayed in the apartment instead of enjoying our holiday,
Under cover car park was small and my car would not fit as so my car had to be left unsecured on the street for my stay,
