Pros:

Couldn't have hoped for a better stay. We like the apartment type accommodation over hotels, and this one was superb.
The staff were extremely friendly and the rooms were clean and well maintained throughout our stay.
The location was good for getting into the city and to the wharfs. Lots of great restaurants around.

Pros:

Wir bekamen ein Apartment im 16.Stock mit Blick auf den Skytower, traumhaft. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner sorgten für frische Wäsche auf unserer Reise. Die Dame, die uns empfing, war sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen.

Cons:

Vielleicht zwei Stühle und ein kleiner Tisch für den Balkon wären schön gewesen.

Good location but poor facilities and awful showers.
Pros:

The bedrooms were spacious and the view was nice.

Cons:

The beds were uncomfortable as were most of the chairs. There was very little kitchen equipment. However the worst thing of all were the showers. We had two and the water pressure was very weak and you barely felt as if you had, had a shower at all.

Delightful staff and a very comfortable suite where everything we needed was catered for. Beds especially comfy!

Cons:

The location is very hilly and there weren’t many places open for breakfast or coffee on a Monday morning. As I was pushing my Dad’s wheelchair this was difficult.
