Mold on curtains, could do more dusting. Kettle didnt turn off. Room wasn't serviced one day when towels needed.
Everything was fantastic, nice view, quiet,very clean, big bathroom.Lovely kitchenette.Walking distance to the harbour etc.
OMG the bed,pillows was sooo comfy, definitely the best mattress ever.

Comfortable & spacious layout with a kitchen & laundry facilities.
The noise from the street below on our first night was loud. Could not keep the window open for air & we could not get the air conditioning unit to work. Called Customer Care around 11pm who was really unhelpful & said the only thing she could do was leave a message for Reception to contact us the following morning at 8am. We eventually got the air conditioning unit to work after another hour & when the window was closed it was much quieter & we could sleep. I spoke with Reception in the morning who were excellent and said the Customer Care person should have referred us to a Duty Manager. The rest of our stay was fine but a shame we struck that issue on first night. I would stay again but next time will request a room on the park side at the rear of the building, not street side.
We loved the small aspects that just raised the level of service and room. The bed was comfortable, the furniture was well sized for the room, bathroom had washer & dryer , the bonus was the coffee capsule machine. One could definitely see themselves staying longer. Close to the Town Hall and Aotea Centre meant a 5 minute walk to our show. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Easy parking.
Nothing cones to mind. We were there on the weekend, so we weren't encumbered with traffic.
