Security. When I entered the hotel entrance with the key, someone dranker tried to enter just after myself. I closed the door immediately and he was screaming. Dangerous Queen Street.

Ok, close to down town wharf areas

Air con AC condensation pump, is installed next to air con, and starts up every now and then and woke us up through the night, had to turn AC off, but due to road and city noise couldn’t open windows, and even though the unit was described as “1 bedroom” there was no door to close, so sweltered on a hot AK night.

If you’re looking for inexpensive and good location with no thrills, this is the place
Pros:

I like the nice central location to all shopping and to the harbor

Cons:

Furniture was dated and not very comfortable. The bed was not good for somebody with back issues or going to have back issues after they lay on the bed.

Book this place! It was great!
Pros:

Fantastic room. Balcony with sea view. Exceptional location right downtown. Serviced daily apartment. Great pillows and comfy bed. Staff bent over backwards to take care of you. This place was perfect.

Cons:

Being downtown the noise does carry up bouncing off the tall buildings, but this did not reflect on the hotel at all.

COMPACT APARTMENT IN THE CITY CENTER
Pros:

The staff were very helpful, the room was clean and comfortable with all you need in a small apartment and was very close to the ferry terminal and cruise ship wharf. Would recommend to all.

Lovely hotel, very conveniently located and friendly staff.
Pros:

The location is very convenient to shops, restaurants, entertainment. The rooms are well appointed and very clean.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we had someone in and out of the stairs allowing the door to slam, consistently even after midnight. Also a club near by we could here the music until early hours in the morning. Over all the hotel is very nice and happy to stay again, on the other side though. Our friend's room couldn't hear the music.

not worth the money even if close to main train station

nice bed, comfy couch and well stock kitchenet

Cons:

the toilet was constantly running every few minutes. noise from the street below is quite loud. only 1 elevator so sometimes have to wait awhile. no gym on site. the freezer so weak it couldn't freeze a bottle of water even after 3 days. shower lost hot water one night

A bit disappointing

Location and washing machine/dryer in the room.

Cons:

A very bad parking arrangement, very bad smell in the apartment the whole time (like mildew), apartment set out not good ie: tv in front of a door, shower door opening on to toilet, no luggage racks, whole apartment ‘tired’, curtains off track, not very clean, broken soap dispenser
