The location was great on lower Queen St - with excellent access to the CBD. The room was a good size - for an apartment, with a small balcony. Very compacted but fitted everything in.
It was starting to get a bit tired, lift is slow and the manning of reception was variable. But the positives meant that these things were minor.

The Quest on Queen is an apartment hotel in Auckland's CBD, close to the ferry terminals and the railway station. Shops, restaurants and cafes in close proximity add to this convenient location.
The property does not have 24h reception, and an early arrival on a Sunday morning entails a wait until after 8:00 am. Reception staff are nevertheless kind and helpful. I would stay at Quest on Queen again in the future.
Location was excellent. Short walk from the cruise terminal, to the Skytower for dinner and to the train station for easy transport to the airport.
The room and location was perfect for our needs. Will use again.
Easy access to the wharf. Felt safe. Comfortable and well appointed
Heater only blasted cold air. Had to put our jackets on in the evening as the weather had turned cold. During the day we were not affected but it was too cold not to have a heater.
Old but comfortable and clean good central location
A great place to stay in the heart of Auckland with fantastic facilities, highly recommended. My wife and I were out and about every day attending a conference, some adventure, and shopping.
