Balkong med havsutsikt, lugnt område med perfekt med free shuttle till South Beach, CVS utanför dörren och även Wahlgren
Pros:

Rymlig lägenhet, vi var 4vuxna och 1 ungdom, öppen planlösning och fullt utrustat kök. Balkong ut mot Collins Avenue, vi spanade på coola bilar hade havsutsikt 😄

Cons:

Städningen sådär, glömde soporna och torkade inte av bord eller i köket, golvet torkades inte.

Ubicacion, espacio de la habitacion, grande y comoda, con muchos servicios.
Tiene lava secadora en la habitacion. La cocina esta totalmente equipada

Cons:

La predisposicion de algunas personas de recepcion no ha sido la mejor.
Habia enviado un paquete por amazon y me decian que no estaba.
Hasta que uno de los conserjes lo busco (el lugar de guardado era muy pequeño y accesible de buscar) y me lo dio

Hotel cómodo y tranquilo
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena al lado de la playa, se destaca el hecho de que por alojar allí tengas la posibilidad de reposeras y sombrillas, que es un tremendo ahorro. Las piezas son amplias y cómodas. El personal es amable y preocupado sobre todo el recepcionista chileno quien facilitó mucho nuestra estancia.

Cons:

Sería bueno que la cocina tuviera hervidor o tetera.

Не новый, но хороший, удобный отель в шаговой доступности от пляжа. Вполне стоит своих денег. Рядом остановка бесплатного троллейбуса Майами бич, продуктовый магазин. Район и улица с красивыми видами на канал и океан. По живописной пешеходной дорожке вдоль пляжной зоны можно дойти до квартала Арт Деко и самой южной оконечности Майами бич и вернуться назад на троллейбусе. На нем же за 10-15 минут в другую сторону можно доехать до хорошего большого супермаркета. Также регулярно ходят автобусы в сам Майами. время в пути 30-45 минут. В номере понравился большой американский холодильник с генератором льда. В жаркую погоду Майами просто бомба.

Cons:

Все 4 дня не работал лифт. Это не сильно смущало, этаж был четвертый, но с ним было бы лучше, так как лестница была явно не предназначена для постоянного использования.
