Really enjoyable stay
Pros:

Courteous and affable staff, cosy atmosphere and brilliant location very convenient for our needs.

Cons:

Nothing in particular. Street geography made deliveries troublesome, but that's not on Rialto.

Excellent location and space.
Pros:

Location, space, reasonable parking rates.

Great location similar to the French quarter in New Orleans
Pros:

It was very close to the ferries and other museums and art galleries that we wanted to visit.
Just a few minutes walking.
We liked the decor of the room, the beds were comfortable and it was clean.
It also had delicious breakfasts just across the street and was central to many food outlets and cocktail bars like the Jungle bird.

Cons:

It was quite hard to find even with the GPS
It was not situated on High Street but actually Henry Street. But on the positive side .
They had a phone number to ring on High Street and it was answered promptly and the man was very helpful and informative and kind, unlike some of the other places and people in Perth.
